Service was great
Service was great. Only downside was that you sent me a letter stating that cancellation of my direct debit was in breach of contract. This was related to my previous contract which was paid up and I was advised to cancel. This caused unnecessary anxiety.

Ainsleigh was amazing start to finish …
This is our second vehicle financed through Mann Island, and once again the experience has been excellent.
This time, I chose to deal directly with Mann Island rather than going through a dealership or broker, which gave me the flexibility to find the exact car I wanted from the dealership of my choice. We ended up purchasing a brand-new Volkswagen Golf.
A special mention has to go to our account manager, Ainsleigh, who was outstanding from start to finish. She was proactive, responsive and genuinely worked tirelessly to secure us a fantastic APR and get everything over the line as quickly and smoothly as possible. Nothing was too much trouble, and her communication throughout was first class.
The whole process was seamless, just as it was the first time, but by dealing directly with Mann Island we also cut out the middleman, making the process even more straightforward.
Their online customer portal is another great feature, making it easy to view and manage your finance agreement whenever you need to.
I’d have no hesitation in recommending Mann Island, and I’d especially recommend asking for Ainsleigh if you’re looking for someone who genuinely goes the extra mile.
