Great Service & Great Products
Although separated by an ocean, the folks at Mann Inc treat me as if I were there only customer! If I write, they respond. If I call and they are unable to answer, they call me back! They not only answer my questions but give me great insights into my purchases and have really great prices! Although in the US, I think I make more purchases from Mann Inc than I do from companies here!

Short and to The Point.
The pencil sharpener was as described, arrived in good condition, and in good time. I can now sharpen my pencils to my heart's content. Bonus was browsing through the huge amount of other stuff available form Mann Inc. and being able to note the goodies down with my newly-sharpened pencil.
