I had such a wonderful experience with Mannat Couture. Neha’s customer service was truly exceptional and really stood out to me. Being so far away from Sri Lanka, choosing a saree remotely can be difficult, but she was incredibly patient, accommodating, and made the whole process so easy.

Neha even went above and beyond by arranging a separate call to go through saree jacket sketches with me, which I really appreciated. A special thank you to Asha as well for patiently draping and showing me all the different sarees during our video call.

The very first thing I thought of after setting the date for my registration was getting my saree from Mannat. It was the first place I visited, and the first saree I picked from the few I tried on ended up being the one 🙈. It was exactly what I had envisioned, and the craftsmanship and detailing on it were absolutely stunning.

But beyond the saree itself, what truly made me feel confident about my choice was the team. I wish I had caught their names because every single one of them was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They took the time to understand exactly what I had in mind and guided me so thoughtfully throughout the process. Everything they said and did made it clear that they genuinely wanted what was best for me, not just to make a sale.

What touched me the most was what happened after I had already finalized everything. I had gone back to my vehicle and was just about to leave when one of the team members came out to give me an extra set of beads that I could add to my jacket. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much they truly care about their customers.

The service was great and the staff was friendly and keen with helping pick the right choice for me. I was happy with the service ans quality of your items.

I flew to Sri Lanka to plan our wedding and I only had a week to sort out my wedding dress. I walked in Mannat’s store, no appointment whatsoever, and was welcomed with warm smiles straight-away. The way they explained each options to me made me decide at that very moment that I will be getting my osari from them. I am not a Sri Lankan and I had no idea what would look good on me. But they were patient to explain the details and options I have. All throughout, they were hands-on. Despite the timezone difference and distance, they were able to make the dress beautifully and on-time, given that they only had 4 months to complete it.

On the day of the wedding, I had not a single problem with the dress at all. I enjoyed the whole wedding without worrying that the dress might fall apart. It was well-made and definitely worth it.

I first reached out to the team on WhatsApp and Neha was very quick to respond. Mannat Couture has an excellent collection of uniquely designed sarees of good quality. Neha and Asha’s service is top notch. Thanks to the team I was able to buy exactly what I wanted even while being away from Sri Lanka.
