Roaster of fine coffee. Manifesto Coffee started with a mission to be different. We source coffee as transparently as possible, only dealing directly or with importers who pay a fair price. We roast carefully and consistently in small batches using renewable energy, and we only roast coffees we love. We then seal our coffee in innovative infinitely recyclable cans to maintain freshness and quality, and because we care about what happens to the packaging once you finish your coffee. Coffee quality isn't just about the cup, but also how it's sourced, roasted, packaged, and brewed.
