If cud it would of been no stars so I'm on day 11 of my withdrawal which still hasn't been sorted sent email after email no reply live chat just say thr same thing due to extra work load what alot of rubbish

Well tbh I was waiting for this to happen as I’d seen all the previous reviews. I had given them the opportunity to be fair but it seems they don’t want to play that way.
On the 1st Sept I withdrew £1000, was still waiting on the 4th Oct & after many many chats with support all to no avail, I go on today and find my withdrawal has expired!!!! How crazy is that? They can’t process it within a month because they say they are inundated with work but it expires before they deal with it!! With hindsight I should have steered well clear of this place. If I do get the amount requested I will rescind this review and put right but not at the moment!

Firstly I want to say that I am a genuine customer of the website and no I am not an employee. They are legitimate as I have had two withdrawals from them for £1000 (which equates to £989 via SEPA). The VIP account manager has been amazing and made me feel valued. For anyone thinking of joining this site please understand two things 1. If you get a deposit bonus then there are only certain games you can play it on which I believe are pragmatic however I just stick with Big bass games and 2. Withdrawals can take around three to five days to process. Yes there are some withdrawal limits but it is what it is at the end of the day. They do pay and the VIP managers from my experience has been amazing. I would strongly advise you to complete verification via KYC before depositing then once that has been verified play, win withdraw. So far my experience has been amazing and the staff have been very helpful

Shocking casino. Refused payout of real money wager, due to a previous bonus not being used correctly. I’d avoid this Casino. It was only £300 and they still rejected it. They should be ashamed!

Total scam. They send you a text message claiming you've won, but after creating an account on their website, it turns out it's fake, haha.

I have been trying for the last 2 months to withdraw my winnings. I have chatted with so say support team. And they just keep telling me to wait. I opened a loot box won 1000 pound to my account they never paid me instead gave me £2.50 and said it was my internet connection when I told them what happened they first said I had only opened 2 loot boxes when I said you can see I had 3 they then fed me false data be careful of this site guys

Absolutely shocking casino the whole experience has been dire to say the least.. verification of KYC took 11 days, I played through my bonus wager and won £1000 withdrew it, sat in processing for 9 days to then be told they confiscated my winnings due to using games not aloud to be used with bonus, when I looked at the games not aloud it’s pretty much all slots they have. This was never stated on accepting bonus. They give constant excuses and simply don’t want payout. This casino is one big scam! very shady operation! Avoid!
