I’d give 0 stars if I could. Ordered this in mid October. When I finally received the product it was ripped and missing the strap. I contacted customer service and didn’t hear back for almost a month. They offered a partial refund or replacement and if I wanted a full refund but I had to pay to return the cheap damaged product (even though they would be paying to ship a new one 🤔). They took weeks after the initial email to offer me this “generous” solution but I already thrown it away. Do not waste your money!!! Awful customer service!

SCAM. Based in China not USA. Delivery takes a very long time. Product received is of very poor quality and fit, nothing like their images or descriptions. Refunds not accepted. Customer service none existent. AVOID.

The product did not come with the two straps to hold it up. I have tried everything to get a hold of customer service and it is impossible. The bra bulges out on the sides with poor support. I will not use it at all.

This product does not fit as advertised. Also when trying to get information to return for a refund they responded initially and requested photos of the packages and then kept stating they were unclear so resent 3 times and now its radio silence. I sent emails to gmail email and Services email. Still waiting on more info.

Absolute money making scheme. Quality is TERRIBLE. I bought a 32D and what arrived could barely fir an A cup because of the amount of padding. The bra also arrived in the tiniest packet so the padding had been badly dented. I asked to return the product and first they asked if I didn't maybe order the wrong size! Then they offered me either a full refund when returning or 20% refund if I keep it. I said I would return and please could they give the return address. They replied with an American address and then offered 40% refund if I keep it. Obviously coming from the UK it would cost me so much to return it to America!!

Had to wait over 2months for the bra to arrive and then they gave me a size c cup instead of an e. No return info in the packaging and I noticed everything was in Asian written even though the website states they are from the USA. Don't buy this bra you will be disappointed.. Complete Asian scam!

I was stupid to buy their product. I should have checked the reviews here first. They are 100% true!
The product took months to arrive and it was a massive disappointment. It's extremely overpriced for its poor quality! I've been asking for refund process and they simply ignore the request! I will report them for fraud.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You will NOT get a response when trying to get a refund!!! Terrible customer service, just save yourself the money and don't buy from them.

Have gotten two fake shipping numbers from them and no communication after I pointed out that the second shipping number was no good. I have opened a PayPal appeal to try to get my money back, so hopefully that will work out.

Item never arrived - now opening a dispute to get my money back.

I should be giving a BIG FAT ZERO to this fraudster company. They still haven't sent the two bras which had been charged triple the amount of money I thought they should have been! No tracking information is provided. The company has no working phone number, and the emails I sent have not been answered.

This company is BS. Their "no hassle returns" policy is 30 days from when you order the product. They fail to mention that the item will take at least 4 weeks to arrive so when you try to return it they refuse to give you your money back. Also beware, their sizing is WAY off. When you order what you think your size is based on their size chart, you will undoubtedly receive something that is much smaller than you expected. The quality is also much lower than advertised. All around, there is no way to have a good experience.

If I could give zero stars I would! The bra cost $30 took forever to receive. And when I got it the material was terrible. It was all smashed in a tiny bag. When I tried to get a return they just kept offering me a replacement and now won't get back to me.

Before buying i decided to read the reviews because they don't stop sending me emails and I really like the bra. I sent them emails to make sure they are aware of the bad reviews and if they are located on USA or China.
No Reply!
Then i sent another email regarding the reviews only and i got a reply ignoring my question.
then i check their history very carefully and found out that their previous name was magnolift but they had to change because of bad reviews.
My suggestion - don't buy!

This is the worst product I have ever ordered.

first of all, it took 2 months to get my product and when I received it as stated in other reviews, stuffed into a little plastic bag. Was not properly sized and the shape, if you want to walk around like you have a couple of eggs attached to your chest, by all means.

Very disappointed, would not order again. What a waste of money!

I think I got scammed can’t get a hold of anyone to find out where my order is , I tried to track package unable to acts like my order doesn’t exist however my money was taken so I know I did order something

The quality of the ad is promising and the product looks great but if you order a bra from MangoLift you are going to be sad! When the item came in, it was folded and stuffed into a shipping bag. No box, no label, no receipt, not even a clean plastic bag. The bra was literally folded in half and stuffed in a usps bag. When I got the package I was confused and my husband questioned where the heck I managed to find an item like that. I ordered a size 34B and it fit like a 32A and aside from the size being totally inaccurate the shape of the bra was not supportive at all like in their ad. I requested a return immediately and it took me 5 emails to finally get them to agree to send me return steps. After following all of their instructions I was told a refund would be processed as soon as they got the product back. Well that was Oct 27th and today is Nov 21st... the item was delivered back to MangoLift on Oct 30 and 8 emails later I'm still waiting to get a $30 refund. This company does not know how to do business and will make it very hard for you if you need to contact them for anything. I would not recommend MangoLift to my worst friend.

Company says based out of New York but don't be fooled- it is from China. Takes weeks to arrive after ordering, sizes are way off- China can never figure out American sizes. Been trying to return and get a refund for days and no response from the company

It's been over a month since I ordered. I have contacted them multiple times and they can't even seem to find my parcel, the tracking number is not working. I have asked for a refund and have not heard anything back.

Terrible customer service! It’s been weeks since my order and I have received very little help with tracking it down. At first they emailed me back promptly saying they’d let me know my tracking information as soon as it became available, weeks later and I’ve heard nothing so I emailed again multiple times only to be ignored. I have not received my order. I’m going to have to request a refund through my card provider. Their business is beyond a joke, don’t order from them! The website may look legitimate but their service is definitely not.
