A good experience overall

Although the initial contact required more than one phone call, once through to the correct team the experience was fine. The person I dealt with was very helpful and the whole process was completed in the timeframe given.

Staff here are experts in their products (one hopes) but they don't communicate well with their non-expert clients.

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service, told them that I wanted to transfer from their own staff scheme on 5th February and told today that they need a form completed by the staff scheme to enable them to proceed having told me four weeks ago that the transfer would be completed in fourteen working days.
This after they had delayed payment of tax free cash previously and paid compensation as a result.
