Even better in the reality.

I saw it online, checked pictures and videos, talked with the staff… and took the risk to order it. A 2 in 1 Sauna + Hot tub.

Delivery takes a bit of time, but worth it. Value for money is excellent. Quality of material is solid, the design is beautiful. We have now a very cool full black box on our terrace, in the French Jura !

Very professional company with good service through the entire process. Many options for the sauna and hot tub (2 in 1) and good quality material used and build quality. Delivery was arranged smoothly. Highly recommended.

We‘ve ordered a barrel sauna and a hot tub from MandeSpa and the whole expierence from the very beginning until the delivery and post sales service was exceptional and just excellent. Mr. Balciunas was always reachable via phone and WhatsApp and took care of our inqueries and questions really quick and competent. The sauna and the tub are of very high quality and were delivered in time and perfectly packed. Even after the delivery all our questions were answered in no time. Perfect expierence!

No delivery for 4 months (webpage says 2-3 weeks) , all delivery dates passed by. Finally delivered on 23.8.2025. Still an assembly manual is missing, which is important when ordered as package. Manual now available as pdf (instructions are clear and with fotos eng/ger language). Some wood parts are missing but i will use rests and buy at a local store.

We ordered Hot Tub with almost all options what can be placed. The quality of Hot Tub is amazing. Customer service level is very good and friendly. Can't ask for more.
Big thanks to company management and customer service team for such a nice experience.

I like the product which seems to be high quality and well built, I however could not switch it on yet.
I really did not appreciate the delivery process.
As I am working 50kms away, I specifically requested several times to be told the delivery date a week before and...I was only called 2 days before which gave me huge difficulties to gather the team needed to offload the truck. Finally, the day before, I was told by the transport company that they might not be able to deliver the day after....After couple of heated discussions, the truck finally came on the right day. The driver was alone with no crane to offload a spa from the truck ! The spa is around 300kgs...luckily, I had the needed material to construct a wooden ramp. Pure luck. Few months after, wanted to finalize the installation. I then noticed that some equipments were missing. Mande told me these were under the spa. So, we placed the spa, 300kgs, and we are now told that some stuffs are under the spa. I so far, did not find the time (and the help) to lift the spa yet (living in mountains). That explains why we did not switch it on yet.
Also the installation manuals (I am an Engineer) are really not complete / detailed enough. Few sheets, no drawing highlighting the configuration, etc. So, the communication, the delivery and the installation manual really need to be improved.

We ordered a Sauna and the delivery was right in time.
The quality of the outdoor sauna is definetelly longlasting! We´re very happy every time our kids are in bed and we can relax in the heat in our garden. The team of MandeSpa was very helpful and extra wishes were granted. Thanks again and just go on like this. Top!

I would highly recommend buying a sauna from MandeSpa!!! The service and communication were extremely good. Our individual change requests were all fulfilled. Mandespa was also very reliable and the sauna was delivered on time. It also has a very high-quality finish, looks very classy (black) and has many useful features such as the ventilated floor. This means you always have a pleasant atmosphere in the sauna and it never gets stuffy. The price-performance ratio is also fantastic!
We ordered it with a wood-burning stove (Harvia) and are also delighted with how little wood is needed to heat up the sauna. We are completely satisfied with our purchase!

Had a really good experience with this company. We have ordered a hottub and had it shipped to the Netherlands. All for a good price and the quality was fantastic. Delivery time was within the agreed 5 weeks. Hottub was brought with care by a very nice driver. he was really polite
