the vendor's unresponsiveness makes the whole experience extremely frustrating
I've had significant issues with Mandatly's customer service. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, they completely ignore customer inquiries and fail to provide any support whatsoever [citation:3]. This pattern of poor communication and lack of responsiveness seems to be consistent with how other AppSumo vendors have treated customers in the past.
I strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere for similar services. There are undoubtedly better alternatives in the market that treat their customers with respect and maintain professional standards of communication. The entire customer service approach needs a complete overhaul before I could recommend this product to anyone.
