It was my first time buying from this website, and the day after I placed my order, I emailed them saying that I had selected the wrong size and asked them to please change it for me. After sending three emails over three days, they finally replied and said that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed under any circumstances. This was not acceptable, because I work with other websites and you can easily change or modify an order by email. I’m really not happy or satisfied with their service.

this exchange was good up till they all of a sudden blocked their website from American users without any warnings and notifications. In long email correspondence they promise to give temporary access, but nothing is done. I requested Mandala to provide me their official address and fax number and their attorney' number; silence in response. Run away from those crooks before they stole your coins.

If you deposit via BTC you just need 1 confirmation and than you can trade. they use USDT or BUSD as fiat. I recommend this service!
