I was actually really impressed with customer service, and the productsare great too…
I was actually really impressed with this company. The products listed are extensive and great brands and quality. But what go me was the outstanding customer service! I had to return as I had read a description incorrrectly. They were swift in their response and suggested some (many) products that exactly fit the description I wanted in a product. But weren't pushy in any way. Normally i have to spend hours searching for what i want and reading descriptions of products to find the information. But they saved me heaps of time, like having a personal shopper do all the work. You just don't get service like that anymore. So i really appreciate it and they will be my first stop for manchester after this experience.

Disappointed
Received super king coverlet and when putting it on the bed noticed a hole in fabric. Paid over $200.00 for what I thought was going to look lovely in my bedroom.

I have bought two sets of queen size…
I have bought two sets of queen size bedding, priced around $250 in Harriscaf with 50% discount. After 1st wash garment became misshaped and the blanket did not fit anymore, .I used it ones more, although it was a disappointment . After 2nd wash stitches on sides near corners fell apart.
For that price it is absolutely disgrace William Morris,
