I was charged for a subscription even after I'd canceled it. When I emailed for a refund, I got no reply for over a week. When I did get a reply, the rep basically blamed me for being impatient about their mistakenly taking my money and they never sent a refund. I had to go through my credit and company to get it back, and did thankfully. Also, the product is useless. Crest whitestrips are better. The entire experience with this company was a waste of time and energy. Buyer beware!

I never even got my order from months and months ago, never answered my emails either.

I've been thinking about buying the gel refills for a while now, after buying the kit a while ago. I thought I would give it a go since we've ended lockdown now and I think I'll be going out more. So far so good, definitely whiter! Cheers guys!

Had an issue with my delivery address, when I had sent an email to ask what can be done there was no response.

On the plus side they did sort out a recurring order that I did not want.

The LED device stopped functioning after a few weeks. I was informed on the 2nd of May a replacement would be sent ‘shortly.’ it is now 2nd June, with no LED device. Customer Service is rubbish.

The kit arrived quickly with good packaging and most importantly the product works well and I’ve had a few comments from people that my teeth look whiter :D Recommended.

Got the teeth whitening kits, the first time I've ever bought any. Did the application as guided and my teeth are definitely at least two shades whiter. Thinking about improving further with the gel refils. Also, to mention, there was zero sensitivity. I would highly recommend.

It is brilliant that refills are received automatically, also that the 'gadget'and gel is so professionally arranged, no complaints! However, I don't see any change. The item seems so well made, I can't help thinking that it must be me! Maybe my teeth just can't be improved- yeah right...
