Placed an order on 7/3/2025 and still haven't received my cups. Wrote an email in March to cancel, and didn't get an email back, just a "shipping confirmation". However, the shipping status after 2 months is still "preparing shipment". Avoid at all costs. Trying to get my money back through PayPal.

Hello Frankie. If you have not received an order confirmation and you stages tuner as a guest on the website its bc you did not place an order on it. I have not received and of your email by your name either.

No correspondence. I did not receive shipping information. I have emailed 3 times with no response except to receive this survey 3 times. I was charged on my credit card for the item and I did not receive the item yet. It's been 20+ days since my card was charged. Where is my item?
