Two covers, different outcomes
The barrel chair slip cover has worked out pretty well, as far as sort of staying in place. The wingback chair cover, not so much. The back stays mostly in place, but the bottom of the cover creeps up from the bottom of the chair and into the underside of the chair cushion. Then the cardboard inserts pop out and the dog chews on them. Nice colors, haven't tried washing them yet (2 months in. .)

I am very pleased with this company
I am very pleased with this company. I really like the slip covers for my oversized recliner chair and my two two seater recliner sofas. One is larger than the other. I had a problem with two of the slip covers and customer service was very helpful. At first there was nothing that could be done to resolve my problem, but when I provided additional information they came up with a satisfactory solution. I recommend this company based on their product and very good customer service and understanding of customer needs.

Everything they promised!
I'm giving them a 5 because they were quick to communicate, the product was top quality, and it was easy to figure out how to put it on the recliner. Personally, I didn't like it...the taupe seemed lavender, the furniture just didn't look right. But it IS a quality product and is everything they described it to be.

Awesome Cover
I bought a couch cover & it works great,fit was perfect with no issue's what so ever. Kinda pricey for it but over all its great,along with the color of it.

Product is not dog friendly
This is not a sturdy product if you own dogs. The elastic sewing thread breaks easily and then unravels, distorting the cover so it looks bad and start to lose its shape.

However, they are not scratch-proof or claw-proof. Every pet behaves differently, and strong or repeated scratching can potentially damage the fabric, stitching, or elastic threads
We always want to be transparent about what our slipcovers are designed to do, and your feedback helps set clearer expectations for other pet parent as well.

Great designed slip covers.
They have great customer service. Fast shipping. The covers are very nice. They are thin covers but my cats do not scratch at them. My one cat tried to scratch but her claws got stuck and she walked away from them. She is now using the scratch post instead of my chair. They also stay in place great on my cloth chair and pretty good on my leather couch. There is some adjusting here and there that needs to be done on the leather, but these covers do stay in place. I would recommend them and will be a returning customer.

Poorly made product they don’t stand behind.
We have had our cover for a few months. Initially we were happy with the look & feel. However, after washing, per instructions, & normal household use the stitching is breaking causing the ruching to come undone. When reaching out to customer service was informed that they only have a 30 day warranty from delivery. So they do not stand behind their product lasting more than 30 days under normal household conditions. Avoid wasting your money.

This timeframe is an industry-standard policy and allows us to fairly assess issues while the product is still in its original condition. It doesn’t mean the product is designed to last only 30 days. Our covers are made for normal, long-term use, and many customers use them successfully for years.
We stand behind the quality of our products, but we also have to apply our policies consistently to all customers. We truly value your feedback, and while we may not always be able to provide the outcome a customer hopes for, our goal is always to be transparent and fair.

Don't tell people how to write a review
I was pleasantly surprised to find this website. I really liked the cover it's so soft and comfortable and it really did take less than 5 minutes to put it on my couch. Most of it was spent just reading the directions it was that easy. I was also surprised how quickly I got the order. It came really quick, most places take over a week or more to get it to you.
