Excellent customer service, replying to my query immediately. My order was very well packaged with that extra personal touch of a message on a postcard which is really appreciated.

I must say I am very disappointed with my order, one of the item came in an unacceptable condition with bending edges due to the poor packaging. I have emailed the retailer and messaged the account on instagram, but I have not got any response for 4 days now. Would love if I could exchange for the same product, as I still love the item just cannot accept the condition consider it’s a notebook which means every time I try to flip to the next page the bent edge would be in the way.

Cancelled my order three days after placing it with no explanation.. sent a refund however it was ordered for a holiday.. so very rude for not even explanation.. or saying out of stock or need to ch age the colour…
