Fraudulent, lying company. Avoid at all costs.
Fraudulent company who refuses to issue refunds when packages go missing and have not been received by buyer.
Company could not assure me I would ever get my items. I was told it was my job to chase delivery agents and enquire to where my parcel is. Customers DO NOT chase delivery agents, this is the sellers responsibility.
My emails to customer service are now being ignored.
I am now having to go through my bank to get my refund, as this is fraud.
Do not waste your time with this awful company.

I see that the company has now responded back to this review. I can assure all future customers what they have written is 100% FALSE and LIES.
I was NEVER offered any sort of consolidation for my missing items. I asked 4 times for my order to re sent and was ignored!
Not once was I rude to you, I have worked within customer service for over 7 years, I was understanding!
And completely false, my bank has confirmed with me that this was a fraudulent transaction and I am due to get my refund in the next few working days.
Is lying really the best method to take when your company have made mistakes? How about an apology to a customer? Disgusting!

Comme expliqué à plusieurs reprises lors de nos échanges, votre colis a subis un retard de livraison, qui n'est malheureusement pas de notre fait.
Pour ne pas vous faire patienter trop longtemps nous vous avons gentiment proposé de vous renvoyer votre commande mais vous avez été impolie et n'avez pas donné suite à cette proposition...
Sachez néanmoins qu'une demande de recherche a été envoyée au service de transport qui devrait rapidement revenir vers vous.
Il ne s'agit donc en aucun cas d'une fraude mais d'un simple problème dans la livraison de votre colis donc votre banque ne procèdera pas au remboursement de votre commande.
Nous restons néanmoins disponibles et à votre disposition via notre sav.
