Terrible customer service and shipping issues. I received half my order, yet they charged me for a full order. I have email them on 2 occasions and never heard back. Although they have an attractive product, I wouldn't recommend nor buy from them again. If I don't hear from them after my 2nd request, I am planning on a charge back. Stay away from this company.

Ordered in December 2025, received email in January asking me to confirm shipping address and that I was the one who ordered. Which I replied and confirmed the same day. Email contained their order number. My credit card was billed in January as well. It’s March and I am being told that order number and my name is not in their system. Sent them their email and my credit card bill showing charge. I have since sent several emails and no one will respond to them.

I placed Order MBD-2523746 with Mambobaby Direct on 8 December 2025. Order confirmation was received the same day.

Despite this, the parcel was never delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

On 12 January 2026, after more than a month with no delivery, I emailed support requesting urgent feedback. I received a response on 21 January 2026 stating there were “logistical issues” and that I should wait 30 days from shipment. They offered a 30% discount code for future purchases.

The parcel still did not arrive.

On 2 February 2026, I sent a second email demanding urgent action and confirmation of delivery. No response was received.

On 9 February 2026, after 63 days, I formally requested a refund. Again, no response.

Tracking information showed repeated transit updates but no successful delivery. Eventually, it reflected “arrived at overseas pick-up point,” yet I was never contacted, nor was the parcel delivered to me.

As of today:
No parcel
No refund
No response from support
No accountability

I will now be reporting this transaction to my bank and initiating a chargeback process.

Buyers should be aware of the extremely poor after-sales support and lack of resolution when orders are delayed or missing.

Item advertised as express shipping. Immediately received an email on ordering advising of long delays. Tried to cancel within 24 hrs but was told I could not and needed to wait for it to arrive and return then. Float arrived while I was on holiday and was returned to them, the sender. No refund received. I’ve sent three emails with no reply. I tried to leave a review on their website and hasn’t appeared. The order was placed in May and I’m still following up on it. I’ve been scammed.

Stay away! I ordered on 21st June, it’s now 17th July. Still showing “being prepared” in shop app. Contacted customer service, been told it’s been delivered! I said it has not and to open a dispute. They wanted I.d.
Sent a pic of driving licence blocking out my licence number because why should a courier company need my licence number?!
They have now said they cannot track my order without seeing my full I.d details. Definitely a scam and will be going back to my credit card company.

It took over two months for my delivery to arrive. I have tried to return but the company is unresponsive

I have placed an order on the 19th of June (body float with sunscreen). Package arrived 1st of July. The body float was delivered but the sunscreen was not included. I have been asking for updates to the customer’s service but I do not receive a response. Would therefore not recommend since not reachable in case something is wrong.

This is a fake store set up to steal your money. I was dumb enough to think it was the real MamboBaby Float site and even paid extra for expedited shipping on June 21. It’s now been weeks—no tracking, no updates, nothing. The tracking number they gave me doesn’t even exist. They’ve completely ignored every message I’ve sent. There is no customer service, just lies. I’m reporting this site for fraud and warning everyone: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You will get scammed.

Horrible... ordered in May, after threatening fraud they put it to "in transit".... now it's "can't find order".. People please gi to MamboBaby.com, I received my order in 1 week from them....
Mambobabydirect is a SCAM

I have placed an order on the 25th of May (body float with sunscreen). Package arrived 13th of June. The body float was delivered but the sunscreen was not included. I have been asking for updates to the customer’s service but I do not receive a response. Would therefore not recommend since not reachable in case something is wrong.

Ordered on the 17th of May, paid for quick shipping and different model as said would be quicker.(1-2 days). Product has still not arrived and not heard back from company about an update.

Ordered a baby float on May 7th, 2025 and still waiting to hear back for an update on expected delivery date but have yet to hear back from support.

Horrible communication to say the least and shipping status is never current.

Very disappointing.

While the floats are rated highly, the shipping from this company is horrible. I am waiting over a month for delivery with no help from the support team. Don’t order! Deplorable service.

I ordered this item a month ago. I have not received the order yet. I have also emailed checking on the status of the order and have not gotten a response.

I placed an order on 8 December for the mambo ring and the whale shark floater. The whale shark was dispatched first and not the mambo ring. In January I emailed asking why the mambo ring had still not been dispatched and they advised there was a back order for it but dispatched the following day. A week later I received the mambo ring but I still have not received the first item to be dispatched which was the whale shark floater. When I track it, it’s been saying out for delivery since the 29th of January but I have not heard from the courier company. I have sent numerous emails to support which have just been ignored. This is so frustrating because I spent so much money that item I want a full refund for it!

Can't track. The updates weren't in English. Did not receive package. This was a scam.

I have a shipment from order #109721 . Almost 30 days and still didn`t receive it. Status is the same 20 days already. Export parcel center Germany from 21st of December. Delivery from China will come faster...planning to return it if I dont receive it till 15-16 of January because it will arrive after I come back from my vacation. So disappointed.

Would give zero star if possible, ordered a mambo ring on 12th Oct, still haven't received my item after more than 2wks (their email said on rare occasions it will take 1-2wks, well it's already past that), reached out to support via email and also messaged in Shop app but no response. Think I've been scammed.

update (31/10): Order number MBD-2419617 and ordered it from mambobabydirect.com. Funny after I posted on trustpilot, the shipping status has been changed to "in transit" but I still haven't received it after 3wks.

update #2 (07/11) finally received the mambo ring! it was tricky getting it on my baby at first but once it's on it does exactly what its supposed to do. baby was so peaceful floating/swimming in our bathtub. changed rating to 4 stars, took one star off due to lengthy shipping time but product itself is well made!
