Great product and great service

Ordering and delivery was quick and easy. The carrier is beautiful quality, soft and stretchy. I have previously used more structured carriers but was finding these were really hurting my neck and back with my second baby. With this carrier I haven’t had any more pain, and my baby finds it so cosy that she invariably dozes off shortly after I put her in. She can sleep for hours when the sleeping hood is done up. I love the adjustability of it which makes it fit the baby really well and gets her hips in the right position. It does take a little getting used to when you’re used to a more structured carrier, which in my experience is quicker to put the baby in and out of, but the pros of this carrier far outway the cons. I love that it is made out of natural materials rather than polyester, unlike most brands.

Great communication

We initially borrowed a zen sling from our local sling library. Our baby absolutely loved it and so did we. We loved the freedom we got from it. We enjoy walks with baby and the naps he gets in the sling were so peaceful. On that basis we decided we would get long term use out of our own sling and bought one of our own. It is perfect, delivered really quickly (and with the right amount of packaging - no plastic! Hurray!). Thank you, highly recommend for any parents considering baby wearing, but do try one out at your local sling library, they will help with fitting and safety tips x

I had rented a Mamaruga Zensling through a local sling library, so knew it was the right carrier for me and my baby - we use it everyday so comfort and ease are a top priority. There were a great range of colours online, I chose the mustard and it’s a lovely rich golden yellow. The delivery was swift and we’re getting on really well with it!

Love our zensling. Had ot for 5 years and just treated myself to a new one and it's not just a different colour it's actually improved. Baby feels more supported now

There was a slight mix-up and the wrong coloured sling was sent but they were very quick to respond and offered a few alternatives to remedy the situation.
In the end, I liked the sling that was sent.

I bought a Mamaruga Zensling after trying out a whole bunch of different carriers at my local sling library, because I found the fabric structure gives flexibility and comfort while the buckles make it easy to get on and off. I wear my son (who's nearly 6 months) for hours every day so I needed something I could wear reliably for long periods. I absolutely love my Zensling and couldn't recommend it enough, and I think my son would agree because he falls asleep within a minute or so of being put into it. The staff at Mamaruga are also really helpful. They helped me with a problem and made sure it was sorted quickly and efficiently. Worth every penny!

Love our new sling. It is very well made from lovely fabric. Good value for money. Comfortable to wear and put on unlike a lot of the other more expensive brands on market as it crosses at back

Love our new sling. The colour is vibrant and it's super soft. It's a nice mix between a fabric wrap sling and a structured carrier. It came quickly and there was good correspondence.
