Horrible services ! Stale food !I spend 128.67$ took advantage of the Black Friday sale , order was incomplete and EXPIRED products inside , how this company still open ? I immediately contacted and informed about the situation explained everything and the question was “ what item you didn’t got” that’s what is important ? Not the fact you literally send me expire stale product STAKE CHEESE, where is my money mama food ? Avoid this company they took your money for sure that’s all they care about I wonder if someone report this company to the Florida health department?????

Lovely food. Very good packaging.

You get exactly what you pay for which is tasty weaning foods, delivered fresh and tasty!
A proper company, have never had bad communication or customer service and am a regular customer.
My children enjoy the meals and I feel silly for even trying other brands. Stick with the better quality mums and dads.

took my money on a £70 order for weaning items. i didn’t receive the products i ordered and my refund to paypal was cancelled. I have had no email from the company at all to explain why the order was cancelled and more importantly why my refund was cancelled.

Completely illegal, unethical and immoral to take customers’ money and then cancel refunds without ever delivering any goods

Amazing experience, food is great and my toddler loved them. Made meal times super easy and quick when we were in a rush!

Product was good but when I went to try and cancel wasn't as described in the terms and conditions, then I couldn't log in to my account or rest password. I texted the number that responded previously but no answer. I have just emailed them on care at mamamade...so hope to get a response...

The products quality is alright but the customer service is zero. Several emails without a single response.
No option in the website to cancel a subscription and now it doesn’t even let me log in even after changing the password and with zero support don’t know how to resolve it.
Even wrote to them on social media and again no response…

Had to call my bank to stop the direct debit.

the company didn't deliver, took the money and no refund, contacted them twice different ways over 10 days

Great food, menu, packaging and even customer service.

Very healthy food for babies! They are good because don’t have salt and have a lot of variation 🥰🥰

Great food - really healthy and easy to cook!

My daughter loved absolutely every bite of her delicious food from Mamamade. We are visiting family in London from Australia. Knowing that my daughter would have nutritious food ready for her when we arrived was just one less thing to worry about on our trip. Forever grateful for Mamamade!

We LOVE mamamade! Their meals are yummy and healthy which is rare to find. So easy to make so a perfect back up meal for those days when you can’t be bothered/don’t have the time to cook. My youngest is due to start weaning soon so we are hoping to try this it their weaning bits soon!

It's been a few months since my last order as my son has now grown out of Mamamade. It was however just last week when I was clearing my freezer and I found one last surprise batch of your cacoa brownies. It made me appreciate how much having your service by my side made our lives so much easier. Being a new mum and not the most confident cook in the kitchen meant I would panic about nutrition, time, ingredients etc. This definitely alleviated a lot of stress! thanks for your wonderful service!

Convenient for working mums but taste awful - my son won’t eat any of them and I’m just gutted I paid over £55. Such a waste and I think there should be some sort of trial you can have so that you are able to see if your child likes them. Bland flavours and taste and I think because he’s used to the food I made he won’t even swallow these, just spits them out. I personally would not recommend these if you’ve already fed your child your own home cooked food

Beautifully packaged baby meals. Ordered the finger food bundle for my fussy baby, they tasted amazing. Fantastic customer service and communication. Will definitely buy again.

Customer service is really good at Mamamade they are very willing to help you out and cooperative and the products are good too and very easy to use !

One off box ordered to my parents house to save me cooking for a week whilst I was away. Fantastic food and service

I like the taste of Mamamade vegetable purees but there is a serious health and safety issue with their baby food. There are sharply cut seed pieces in their purees. When I found sharp seed pieces (1-4mm in size) in their butternut squash puree, I thought this might be their one-off mistake and emailed them with the photos but I also found sharply cut apple seeds in their apple puree this morning. Had I not tested those purees myself first, my baby would have eaten them! It seems clear that seeds were not completely removed from fruits and vegetables before the blending process. This is outrageous and totally not acceptable. I think they need to review their food making process thoroughly. I am going back to purchasing pouch-style baby food - I got the impression that those big companies are going through a more rigorous inspection process.
