However, we would like to clarify that your rating does not accurately reflect the experience we provided. From the very beginning, our team accompanied you closely, answered your questions, and even gave you advice on how to limit customs charges when ordering from the UK.

Following the inconvenience mentioned in your review, a commercial gesture was also offered as a goodwill solution. Unfortunately, customs fees and VAT are imposed by local authorities and remain outside of our control, despite our efforts to inform and assist customers on this matter.

You are absolutely right to demand that the shipping status match the information you were given, and the tracking should not remain stuck for days with the message "Data entered but not yet handed over to the carrier."

This status usually means that the shipping label has been created and the package prepared, but the handover scan by GLS has not taken place (or has not been updated correctly) upon pickup. During the Christmas and New Year period, this issue can unfortunately occur more frequently due to reduced collections and increased service congestion. We fully understand that, for you, the impact is the same: you are left waiting without reliable information.

If you provide your order number to customer service (and if you haven't already done so), we will automatically link it to your file and provide you with a precise update as soon as we receive confirmation from GLS/the carrier.
