Lost of time, you will have you package in 3 weeks or more, the product are not fresh, have smells of mold and they ask you to give a full star on trustpilop to win 15 on buying but is a lie. Trying to communicate is impossible as well, however if you say 'I'm going to give you a bad rating' they will answer you. Good look!

Worst ever dont order anythyng i ordered 1 month ago they didnt send me anything and didnt refund my money worst site ever dont order in mail i get thet some products are out of stock then they dont answer and take the moneyy scammmm

Bough the lemon edibles and they tasted good, very low bitter taste and the effect was great.

I have always received extra packages and gifts with my orders. I order CBD oil to help with my autism and the products work quickly. I love it when I receive an extra package of flowers to make tea as a surprise. The best store!

Unacceptable. I ordered more than a month ago and didn't received anything. They don't reply mails, neither phone.

They still owe me a pack of 40g CBD which I paid for (including delivery TWICE!) and I've still not received it.

They now ignore my inquiries and I don't know what to do. I thought I'll share this experience with any new potential buyers!

Decent store but, after you make a purchase, they bribe customers to make reviews on here and pay them with products if you send them a screenshot of your review! Only problem is, it’s a scam! They just want you to write positive reviews and then never send the products they were trying to bribe you with! I’ll send them this one as a screenshot too!

The products are of good quality. I tried:
- Rainbow Runtz: sweet
- Cali Grape: good taste
- Blue Zushi: very relaxing, best consumed in the evening

This company is fine, in terms of the product. But they did not reply to my emails when I had an issue. They did not send the things they promised. And, the worst of all, they try to bribe customers by offering freebies for positive reviews on Trust Pilot!

Ive placed my order on the 10th of April and it’s still ‘in preparation’. Meanwhile they keep doing more promotions to incentivize more sales when they can’t keep up with the ones they have. I’ve ordered from them before and never had an issue but I’ve contacted support about this and they don’t even answer.

It’s been over a month since I placed the order, and the product still hasn’t arrived. They are scammers.

Good quality products with fair prices. Shipping is a bit slow, but not a large delay.

EDIT REGARDING MAMA KANA RESPONSE: The law in Ireland is that CBD must be 0% THC, not less than 0.3%. So you are, in fact, breaking the law. The law in Ireland *probably* does not allow import of CBD directly by consumers from other countries (but I'm not a lawyer).

I ordered from an "Irish website" mamakana.ie.
It was not apparent from their website that products would be shipped from outside Ireland. I first began to worry when my receipt was sent to me in French.
Then when they sent me the shipment tracking number, it had indeed been shipped from outside Ireland. I was immediately concerned because Ireland has strict rules about CBD and it seemed odd that shipping from outside the country directly to a consumer would be allowed (I do not believe it is allowable!).
First shipment disappeared without a trace. They reshipped and that was seized by Irish customs and found to contain THC. I thought they were selling legal CBD from their .ie website. They are not.
Communication was slow and I had to write more than once almost every time in order to get a response. After I explained that what they are doing is likely illegal, they responded that they would try to send me it again a third time! I said no and asked for a refund. Stay away from this company that has no regard for Irish law or Irish customers.

super positive experience, a lot of promotion, very fast in delivery and super products (CBD flowers). I´ve tried several suppliers but mama kana really excels!
