The best thing I did post natally

The best thing I did post natally. Loved Katy's classes as they motivated me to get up and moving and helped me get back to feeling myself. Katy is a great coach and the class is a great opportunity to get support and advice from other new mums aswell as a fitness class

Katy is amazing

Katy is amazing. Her group not only offers a safe space for mums and babies to connect and get back into training but Katy will also offer further in depth support ie nutrition pereonilsed plans etc. A true mama who wants to support and uplift every other mama around her!!

Highly recommend Mamafitni!

I was recommended Mamafitni by a friend. What a fun, safe and welcoming community Katie has built, I felt at ease from my very first day and looked forward to going back every week. A great setup for mamas who are new to the gym or have trained previously. Always good fun for both the mamas and the babies and lots learnt through Katie’s extensive knowledge of both exercise and nutrition. I would highly recommend Mamafitni 😊

Best decision I could have made…

Best decision I could have made joining mamafit! Katy is a complete gem, helping with babies, helping mums get their workouts done and supporting nutritional goals! I felt lost in this new body but also felt I wouldn't be able to go into a gym setting without feeling stupid and out of my depth. Katy cheers you on and has the most chilled but supportive approach which is exactly what a mum trying to find herself needs! Thank you for genuinely caring for the women you work with!

100% would recommend !

Katy is so helpful and we’re greeted at every session with a big smile :) I have previously found gyms very intimidating but her sessions are adaptable for every individual and it’s nice to share experiences with others who are in the same boat - lack of sleep, teething, regressions….!! Bringing the kids along means there’s no excuse to miss out and they love exploring while we do the session. Would 100% recommend !

If I could give Mama Fit more than 5* I would!

Joining Mama Fit has been the best decision I have made after having my second baby. Katy is an amazing coach with a wealth of knowledge from lifestyle changes for you and your family to at home workouts that slot in perfectly around family life. The gym sessions are tough going but the buzz you get after is fantastic! You will not regret joining!

Relaxed, inclusive and fun atmosphere

2nd time attending classes with Katie and I absolutely love it all over again! She’s a breath of fresh air and being able to bring your baby to such a relaxed environment as well as get a proper sleep workout in is amazing!

This is a brilliant course run by a kind and brilliant woman. It's about regaining your strength and sense of self. No mention of bounce back or starving yourself skinny. Evidence based nutrition and full body workouts. You will also meet a great group of mums to chat to and laugh with. I only wish I'd found it sooner.

I could not recommend Mamafitni…

I could not recommend Mamafitni enough!!! It has by far been the best group I have joined during my maternity leave. Being a first time mum I was so nervous about joining, but Katy is fantastic at what she does!! Her classes are great, and she is always so supportive and has been amazing with my baby allowing me to get my workouts in! Deffs 5* 👌🏻

Mamafit through postpartum & pregnancy ✌🏼

Mamafit has been one of the absolute best things of my postpartum journey, I think I'd be lost without it! After starting in Feb 2024 with my first son and continued through to 32 weeks pregnant with my second, took the summer off and I'm back 6 weeks postpartum to start feeling healthy and fit again! Katy is a fantastic trainer and the support of other mums twice weekly is unrivalled. I had never used weights before starting the program but now feel confident to use them and build strength alongside fitness which I love! Would highly recommend ✨

5* post partum exercise class!

Katy is an absolute pro. She's a great advocate for post partum health and fitness. She provides a fun, engaging and encouraging atmosphere where you can feel better about yourself and regain some body confidence whilst meeting other mummies! Couldn't recommend more highly! Love this program.

Excellent classes

I've done Katy's stage 1 and stage 2 programs now after both of my kids! Such a brilliant class that provides routine and structure and accountability. Katy has supported my return to exercise safely and I couldn't be more positive about her! She is so encouraging and supportive, I was able to do so much more than I thought I could because of her coaching. Alongside the benefits to me it's also a lovely environment for babies and toddlers so the balance is perfect!

Brilliant!

I recently completed the Stage 1 program and it was a great introduction back into exercise after having a baby. The classes were well structured and easy to follow and Katy's knowledge of postnatal care and exercise was clear throughout. After each class I felt a bit more like my old self - feeling stronger and more energised! Highly recommend!
