I've used Malwarebytes for two years and just renewed my subscription. I have three devices protected and it works great. Text alerts are very helpful prior to opening a possible harmful text.

I’ve been using Malwarebytes from the very start – on macOS, on iOS (where I was a beta tester in Italy)... and in the past on Windows too (a system I no longer use, although I still have MWB installed on an old PC) – what can I say? It’s perfect... since I’ve been using it, what’s malware? I’ve no idea, I can’t even remember

Good communication and no issues with hackers/bugs et cetera since being a 'member'. It can be a little US centric in some of the articles though.

I have been using Malwarebytes for about 10 years and have had very few issues with malware. It is a wonderful program and I highly recommend every computer user should have the program on their computer.

I tried to stop next year's automatic subscription, but it took several tries to get there. The first route only took me to "activate my account" or something like it.
I think Malwarebytes has a fine product, but I can't have it with the computer I purchased. It came with another product.

As far as I am concerned Malwarebytes isthe best there is. I have had it for a few years now and see no reason to change. They cover all aspects of security and I have most, if not all of them. I have never had a problem or an issue where something got through.
I would definately recommend them.

I began working with computers in 1980. Hacking, viruses, trojans, etc. were almost unheard of. 25 years ago, systems and pcs were vulnerable to nuisance viruses. Since, then with Cellular phones, tablets, laptops, Cloud storage, problems have risen exponentially. Many Companies claim to keep you safe, protect your identity, your online presence. I've tried several before latching onto Malwarebytes. They are constantly improving all platforms for personal use.
They work on removing your email addresses and private identity data for you. Also, they give you instructions to work on this issue as well. VPN, browser guard, App monitoring, on demand scan, update downloads; the list of tools available continues to grow.
I recommend Malwarebytes for anyone with single or multiple devices needing constant protection.. Their quick response Support and guidance is a plus.

I have been a subscriber for many years, and I use the application for both my iPhone and my MacbookPro. I started with Malwarebytes on a recommendation from the IT person at my school. I like the ease of installation and the scan that takes place with each restart of the computer and phone. My partner was impressed enough to subscribe and protect her two devices as well.

My experience was made great by not having to worry about bad actors getting into my computer. From time to time when they send the statistics for a certain time period and I see the malware number at zero it quite comforting to know they're on duty.

I am giving Conor 5 stars for his excellent service. I am incredibly impressed with the support I received from Conor, a Technical Product Specialist (Ticket #8323517). I was having a frustrating issue where Malwarebytes became unresponsive with Tamper Protection enabled, but Conor provided a clear, step-by-step solution using the Windows Control Panel that worked perfectly. Not only did he resolve my initial problem with great expertise, but he also followed up and sincerely answered all my additional questions afterward. His professionalism and dedication made me feel truly valued as a customer. Thank you, Conor, for the outstanding support and for going above and beyond!

I could not make myself understood on the Chat session and was led to a round robin of instructions that did not work. Malware message should have included statement saying "If your Iphone iOS system is up-to-date, ignore this message." When a human came on and I sent him a screenshot of my first message from Malwarebytes, the human resolved my problem quickly, but I had wasted about 30 minutes. Date of problem is approximate.
