This is a permitted white-label of a well known antivirus program, RogueKiller by Adlice.

It's great for browser-oriented threats, such as malicious chrome extensions which hijack your home page and force you to using the hellscape of Yahoo.

If you want a good way to get rid of viruses on your PC quickly, check MalwareBuster's and Adlice's website and buy whichever one is cheaper.

I've had an okay experience with support, and detection rate of known threats appears to be good.

Total scam. Start off with "25% scan". Need to purchase product to get full scan. After purchasing product, you need to call tech support to download product. Just a scheme to sell a more expensive product. At one point, after extolling the virtues of the $39.95 product, they point out issues with your computer that the $39.95 product does not correct. Quote from the tech guy, what do you expect from a $39.95 product. The final blow is that the activation key does not work. I demanded a refund and they supposedly will send me the refund in 7-10 days. Do not be taken in by this scam.

I was in the market for a new anti-malware as my old one has become slow and infuriating. I tried the free trial, the speed and ease of use convinced me to purchase a license and I haven't had any complaints about MalwareBuster thus far
