Great service better than others...
My skepticism about quality and service was quickly changed by great customer service and quick communication. The products ordered for our office were delivered in 5 days instead of 12 as written on the site. I was guided to purchase the best product for my needs. I wish you the best in this really tough market. I'm sure as soon as people really understand how much effort and dedication you put into your work, they'll change their minds about how to truly serve the customer. And for those who read this review I just wanted to point out that an online store doesn't always mean having to deal with a computer!

Too long waiting times
Too long waiting times. They didn't answer me from their site. Fortunately they responded from the Facebook page. Attention because even if they ask for home delivery, they may not send it except with an extra addition later. The company needs to improve. This is not good.

Like any ecommerce, our delivery costs are indicated at checkout and always correspond to € 3.90 whatever the product purchased as long as it takes place in a single shipment. Our costs are clear and indicated in the terms and conditions. As far as assistance is concerned, we have a telephone number that answers from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm from Monday to Friday. Thank you

The service was great and i received the item quickly. The only thing that i could complain about was the delivery driver as he couldn't speak good English or understand so i ended up sending my location on WhatsApp.
