remarkable quality for a hat at this price. I would have paid twice what I paid and still would have been happy with this purchase. A big thumbs up to the folks at malooracks!

Shipped fast. Size reccomendation from the site was accurate (order up). Quality seems good. The only thing I don't like is the shape of the hood. It feels tight ontop of your head.

Buying experience very problematic
sale price would not show up. if I was in a hurry, might have ended up paying too much. After multiple tries, I had to write to customer services. Their response acted like it was my fault.
There were garbage fees that weren't disclosed until the checkout process.

The ordering process was simple and the delivery was on point.

I reached out to customer service to return the wagon because it is way to heavy. I pre-ordered this wagon is January and just received it a couple of weeks ago. The website at the time said the wagon was 40 pounds. It now says it’s 45 pounds. But it is still heavier than 50 pounds. When I reached to customer service about the weight they said it’s the weight of the box, shipping materials and umbrella. Funny thing is I never even received an umbrella. Also the metal frame isn’t covered by cloth and will 100% scratch the crap out of your car. Customer service is making me pay to ship this thing back, even though their website description was inaccurate and I didn’t even receive the umbrella. Never again.

BEWARE OF LOUNGE WAGON

it does not pull through sand my daughter weighs 55lbs and is disabled which is why we purchased this...my husband is 33yo 6'8" 260lbs and I had to help push as he pulled to get her down the sand hill to the beach...the way back up he carried her and I pulled the EMPTY wagon and it took me over 10 minutes to get up and multiple breaks. If you don't use the cargo net inside the wagon before use you loose everything out of the sides (just extra unnecessary steps), and if you don't lock the wheels straight with the velcro piece it will tip on you! And the lock for the wheel is a joke, it will not prevent it from moving it just stops one wheel from turning so it skids down the sand or road while the rest roll!!! WAAAAYYY TO EXPENSIVE FOR SUCH A CHEAP DESIGN AND NOT PRACTICLE FOR THE BEACH!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY BUY BACKPACK BEACH CHAIRS (since that is their big selling point) AND A WAGON WITH BALLON WHEELS.
