Haven’t Received My Product Yet
I have not received my order so I cannot rate my experience. I was contacted by Malo’o on a Sunday apparently UPS has lost it and Malo’l assured me they would make it right.

The product is good
The product is good. It is advertised as a car seat cover. I use it as a power chair seat cover. It is comfortable, water repellent and washes easy. And I can also use it as a car seat cover when I'm on road trips.

Customer service is great
I ordered two roll top duffel bags for my wife and I to go on a river rafting trip. One bag arrived as expected. The other one didn’t show up. I emailed Malo’o customer service and they were friendly and helpful. Most importantly they got the second bag to me in time for the trip.

Malo'o did fine
Malo'o did fine, but I am not too satisfied with what I bought. The seat protectors with the cutout for the headrest will not stay in place and the cutout hole for the headrest is way too big. Cover is constantly pulling down from the headrest. So, review of Malo'o is good. Review of product is not so good.

Aloha, and thank you for your input. The seat cover is a universal fit so that the headrest opening can fit many vehicles. However, if you place it over the headrest and smooth it down the backrest, tuck it into the place between the backrest and seat bottom, and then tuck around the seat bottom, it will not pull down. This way, there is no pulling as the seat cover doesn't have any place to go as it's tucked in below. I hope this helps. Mahalo,

You're website was user friendly
You're website was user friendly. Just a suggestion...the part that velcros the handles together need to have a much stronger stitch. It's already coming apart on my duffle within the first couple of uses. But all and all it is a pretty good bag. I'm about to order the 30L bag.
