It's was a great pleasure to work with Mallorca Scooter! Great contact and great stuff. We've rented 6 scooters and made 100km trip via Sierra de Tramontana - superb experience!

The customer service was great, and the scooter was in great condition. The process was very easy and they were good at explaining everything for us. My biggest problem is the 9 euro phone holder. Its 37£ for the scooter, and 9€ to attach a phone holder. Should be 3€ at most. Its a huge disappointment that the phone holder is priced at 25% of the bike, it makes no sense. They claim there is no hidden fees but they just have exorbitantly priced phone holders.

Easy and smooth to rent with fair rates.
Scooter was in a acceptable condition and some of the parts of the equipment was falling off in the middle of a street, while driving ( part of a helmet ).

We booked several scooters as a group, as walk in Clients and just a few minutes later we were already driving across the island. The English communication was a little “bumpy” but the rest was great

Great value for money for a day out. The Mopeds are in very good condition and very well maintained. The service was excellent. I would recommend completing the information online before you arrive as it is a bit lengthy but easy enough to complete. If you can’t do it online then there are tablets in the shop where you can complete them. Easy to drop off too, no need to wait for the shop assistants to take the keys or bikes off you.
4 of us hired them and we had a fantastic time with no issues at all.

Avoid at all costs, they're scammers!!! We rented a scooter for the day. Since the shop was closed in the afternoon, we couldn't inspect the scooter when we returned it. We parked it in good condition in front of the shop, as instructed, around 4 PM. The scooter appears to have been knocked over during the night, and the owner is holding us responsible, even though the contract only stipulates liability if the scooter is returned after 10 PM. In any case, the photos they sent don't allow us to identify the correct scooter. We were boarding our return flight when we were contacted and couldn't go and verify if the photos were genuine. A deposit was withheld once we got back to our country.
