1. the shipping service chosen was the most economical.
2. Once the item is in USPS hands there is nothing we can do to expedite your package
3. If you had tracked the order like any other mortal would do, you would find that the tracking info on their page says where the item is.
Your item arrived at our USPS facility in HONOLULU, HI 96816 on October 5, 2025 at 11:55 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

2. The speed at which the item is delivered is entirely out of our hands. Both packages were shipped on the same day, but they arrived at different times. Which sucks, but it's not an accurate portrait of our service

Great briefs and service
Great store and briefs. Always have arrived before I thought it was going to. Been shopping here for almost 9 years with great service. I've only had one issue with a size of an order being a bit small, and it was promptly taken care of after I put in the return and they even provided a mailing label.

I still have not received my second…
UPDATED: The company came through and send me another item. Two weeks later, the original shipment arrived. Since I had already received the replacement, I offered to pay for it since it wasn't right for me to get a free item when it wasn't their fault. I have placed several orders with Malebasics and will continue to do so in the future.
I still have not received my second package even though the post office states is what put in my locked box, it was NOT. So far I have not received any response from Malebasics on this issue.
