My favourite jilbab shop
This is my favourite place to buy jilbabs and I hardly shop anywhere else now. I bought my first Umm Hafsa jilbab years ago and it's still in great condition. I have bought several more, plus a few jilbab cardigans, a niqab and gloves this year since I found this shop (the official retailer). I love everything. I am really impressed that they are international but shipping is only £6 and my stuff always arrives within a week, sometimes it's here within two days! The customer service is amazing. They are always available on WhatsApp, Instagram and email. The sister even offered to keep something for me until I got paid, mashallah.

About your purchase in our shop
Firstly, we did our best to get the parcel delivered on time to your address in Turkey but due to the fact that you were in a hurry and refused to fill in the form that the Turkish customs asked you to complete for delivery, the parcel was held back to be sent back to our address.
Secondly, we contacted you to get your new address and send you a new parcel (at our expense) but you blocked us as we were exceptionally away for a few days.
You should know that any company can be away for several days for personal reasons. However, we always process requests as soon as possible.
We are still waiting for your new address to send the parcel.
