Puzzle perfect!!!!! I am so happy!

This is the first time that I customized a puzzle. It was fun and got it quickly. It is of good quality. I got a 1000 piece puzzle with 64 photos of foursomes out on the golf course, many drinking birdie shots. The puzzle was like 17 inches by 26 inches, Should have been bigger, but when I customized and then ordered it, I did not take that into consideration. Next time I will as the individual pieces were quite small.

Great customer service and high quality puzzle!! I emailed customer service at 11:00 pm on a Saturday, expecting a response Monday. To my surprise I received a response within 15 minutes. I was wanting to upgrade to express shipping to make sure I received the puzzle by Mothers Day since I procrastinated on ordering. They told me no need to and I would have a my puzzle in time. I ordered mine late Saturday night and received on Wednesday. My wife was very surprised and loved her special gift!

I was so impressed by the customer service I used this example in my weekly meeting with my employees!

Easy creation, excellent execution. The puzzle image creation process was simple and direct. The puzzle was crafted and shipped out within 5 days, and I received it quickly. The pieces are solid with vibrant colors. Would recommend.

Beautifully defined picture, not warped by the raised look around the cuts of pieces like some puzzles.
We used our favorite picture from our wedding and it's been a joy and connecting experience to recognize people from that day by small parts of what they were wearing, a piece of the smiles on their faces, etc. Also hilarious to "put my mom together."

The website is easy to use. Uploading pictures is fast and easy. Being able to adjust the photos was quick and painless lol

I ordered my first custom puzzle from some landscape photos I had taken in Grand Tetons and Yellowstone National Parks. I'm very pleased. Good quality puzzle with pieces of all different shapes. Some of them quite unusual. This made for a cool experience putting the puzzle together that my wife and I really liked. It also arrived very quickly after ordering which surprised me. Being able to customize the box a bit was a nice touch too. I have only one minor suggestion. It's be nice to include a sheet in the box with the image printed on it to use as a guide. I find that a bit easier than using the picture on the box cover. I know that might be a slight up-charge, but maybe it could be a $1 add-on option or something when ordering. It's a minor thing though.

Bottom Line is I loved it and no regrets at all.

My puzzle was beautiful! Clear and nice. I had some trouble negoating thru the process to order and order the box . So I actually ended up with 2 of the same puzzle. But glad I goofed cause I'm happy to get two, one for a gift and one for me!

Easy process to order a custom puzzle. Quick production and delivered on time ... as promised. This is the second custom puzzle I have ordered and will order more in the future. I highly recommend their services.

Puzzle arrived late but came in today. It is very nice.

Colors were vibrant. Prompt delivery

I have not seen the finished puzzle as it was a gift. The image on the box seemed about 15% darker than the original I sent in but the recipient thought the pieces were well cut and the colors bright. The only real downside I encountered is that a 35mm full frame cropping is not available. Even if this meant a white border were present it would be preferable to me to not have to crop my original image.

My puzzle order was shipped out within 24 hours, arrived quickly, and was beautiful. Highly recommend!
