I ordered a framed photo as a gift for a special event for a friend. The design was good, but the photo arrived without a frame. Because there was no frame included, I bought one on my own and asked for a refund of the frame cost only, which was itemized on the invoice. The company refused and would only agree to send the frame, too late for me to give the gift on time. I would never do business with this company and will be reporting them to the better business bureau for violating their contract.

Over two months! No image, no communication, no refund! They spent more time trying to overturn my credit card dispute than actually delivering the product.

Stole my money!!! I ordered the first week of December! They told me it shipped the 1st week of January! Did not give me tracking number and I still DO NOT have the product!! They had no problem taking my $120 though!!!!! This company is a fraud!!!!!!!!!!

This company is a scam I had to disput the charge with my bank. I ordered this the first week of November and they respond once every 4-6 weeks stating I never gave them photos or they have to reach out to the designers and then just disregard you and take your money. Go through turned yellow, it’s worth it. The extra money you spend will be worth it and you’ll receive your product within a day or two.

Placed order early Nov2023. Print received for review and I replied with what needed to be done. Does communicate. Sent multiple emails. Got one reply 6 weeks later. Still needed revisions no reply. Christmas came and went. Had to file a fraud claim with my credit card company to get any response. Have requested refund multiple times and just received email today stating that my item had shipped. This is a scam. Do not purchase or do business with this poor excuse of a web business.

SCAM....please read!
I ordered different "art work" and did recieve via email some pictures that were generic bog standard pictures and looked nothing like the photos I sent. I replied I was disapointed and heard nothing in reply.

I've now been trying to contact the company as I ordered paper prints and have received nothing not even the courtesy of a reply.

WARNING ...Sending messages to their "contact us" return by mailer deamon as address not valid !

This is a scam company If it still exsists my guess is they bang out low quality standard pictures and if you complain totally ignore you!

You have been warned !

Meh - got the product, but does not really capture the essence of the photo. It is just ok. Took weeks to receive, not days. I emailed both about the time and the likeness and have not heard back.

Edit - heard back a month later and they gave it another shot, but still not great. Happy that they tried but needed it for Christmas so the delay was too much.

Fake scam site, not reporting to emails

I have paid for a print which they have not made. Many emails have been sent they have not refunded the money. Unfortunately have been scammed by a fake company

I've paid for the picture and did not get anything back. I've send 20 emails and I did not get a single answer with a picture from the customer service.
They're scam - do not recommend.
I want a refund but they are not reacting for emails.

I’m so surprised there are good reviews. We’ve been working with artists for over a year now and still getting garbage. We had multiple edits that looked nothing like our family. Finally after months we complained and they said the original artist was no longer working with the company. Still got crappy results. Waste of money. Was so excited for nothing.

I ordered a family photo for mom's birthday. I sent in several photo's because I don't have any of us all together. I specified clothing and other little things. It came out so perfect and she loves it! Everyone does. We are a family of Simpson's lovers and have been since the beginning. It was just perfect. Every aspect of this process was positive.

Cute gift for my son and his girlfriend. I liked I got a digital version and could do what I wanted with it.

I ordered that for Christmas. They take care of all the details and they didn't refuse any revisions after the first draft. Amazing customer service and very talented Artists. Strongly recmmend

I was impressed by how quickly the first picture came through and it was remarkably good - took two further rounds of changes to get just right (understandable given working from limited pics) but each time changes done happily and turned around within a few days.

Absolutely perfect, quick responses when I wanted a change and quick turnaround. Will definitely purchase again!

The artists at Make Yellow Me are amazing. I’ve had three images drawn by them for my own over the years, as I am a big Simpsons fan. Every time, the artists really take my comments on board and take the time to get the image just the way I want it. I’m very grateful. I always loves getting these images and I'm sure to order more in future to add to my little collection.

It’s my second time ordering from Make Yellow Me, my family just loved receiving these as gifts. The team is amazing to deal with and making changes. Never disappointed. Great talking piece for any home.

My husband has been a fan of the Simpson’s since the very first episode. When I heard about this from a friend, I had to have a print made. I am having our print framed and will give it to him for Christmas and he is going to be SO EXCITED!

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase for hubby’s 50th birthday! The artists captured us all perfectly and communication for revisions was great. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!!
