I have bought a lot of perfumes from makeup, about 400 eur worth of perfumes and makeup, and I have to stress that their customer service and return policies are atrocious.
When I received damaged goods it took a very long time and some persuading for them to organize a courier to pick up the item in Croatia. Then when I wanted to return unused items, all of a sudden they cannot accept deliveries to a Croatian address I have to send it to Poland. So I pay to have it returned to Poland but, surprise surprise, the package is returned by customs saying I cannot send perfumes. This has never happened before, not once.
So I cannot return the parfumes and I have paid 15 eur for delivery to Poland. Still waiting for a partial refund on that.
Oh and the number they have on their website is disconnected, you can only contact them by email.
My suggestion is to stay away.
I have to write another review of this ridiculous shop because they contacted me again. And the only reason they contacted me was because of the trustpilot review.
Firstly they accuse me of saying something I did not, I explain that they should read the email I sent and realize their mistake. After that, no apologies and they offer a courier.....
I asked for a courier when I wanted to make the return in the first place because their website clearly states that they will organize a courier for returns. But the first time I asked for that, they said that I need to send it to Poland.
You can imagine the anger and confusion, all of a sudden they are ready to send a courier. I told them OK, but I removed the cellophane because I did not expect to hear from them nor did I expect a courier, which they denied me previously. I have all the e-mails with pictures of the unopened items when I was sending them to Poland before they were returned to me for a confusing reason. Still waiting for a refund from the post office.
And suprise suprise, because i removed the cellophane, they wont accept the return!?!?! This experience with this shop and customer service has been horrible.
They contact me, offer me a courier because of a review but would not listen to me when I asked for courier at the beginning. And then they deny me a return because of a situation they created.

I ordered a product that would be delivered in 5-6 days. Still haven't seen it.
The phone number on their website does not work.
No answer from customer service.
Most likely I will not receive it before I go on my vacation?
Tracking number I got does not work, and the delivery partner says it is an invalid tracking code.
Would not order from here again.

I purchased some scissors from this store w/o doing any research and immediately had some reservations. I then looked at their reviews on trust pilot and thought "Oh no, what have I done". I must admit that I did eventually recieve the product (it was late though) and the quality and price was acceptable. I did reach out with concerns due to the fact that my credit card was charged immideately after placing the order and I did get a prompt response.

I found this shower gel from our Vacation to Greece that I couldn't find anywhere else. I was so excited. Pricing was good. Immediately after placing the order I thought, oh no. I don't know this company, am I getting scammed. To my surprise they were very communicative about my order and shipping. Once I could figure out the tracking it was easy and I felt more secure. The day it was supposed to be delivered by USPS I received a notification that the shipment was returned to sender due to insufficient address. I reaxhed out to Makeup Store via email and they instructed me to reach out to USPS for resolution. I did email the USPS customer care that very evening and a day later my package arrived in great condition with the exact product I wanted. I will buy form them again.

I ordered skincare and makeup from this website many times, and almost every month I buy a deodorant that my husband loves and we can't find it anywhere else. No issues. Always receive my packages, sometimes it just takes longer than usual but it's okay.

Beware. I received an expired product, and the company is asking me to pay for shipping to send it back, which is ridiculous. They offered no other resolution, such as replacement or refund. The product was expired in February 2024, and it's clearly visible on the product.
Update: I sent the expired product back on May 15 and paid the shipping fee. It's already the end of June, and I still haven't received a refund.

Never received my order. I was tracking the package every day - It took several days to arrive to the US and it even came my local post office!! The next time I check its status - it says it is being shipped back to the sender???? Never got to me. I don't understand what's going on. I reached out to them and they said they couldn't do anything and the package was being returned and they couldn't ship out a replacement. Instead of reaching out to me and figuring out what needs to be done for me to have my package through their courrier company.

Ordered from this company a few times with no issues. It has a lot of European brand products not available in the US market. Had a small issue with a previous order, customer service could’ve been better but they did handle the issue to my satisfaction.

My order has been sitting for 12 days at a NY post office having been shipped from wherever is the overseas shipping location, and it looks like I will never receive it. Customer sever ices feels like AI not human. Never ever buy from them!

I also received a bottle with a broken cap. The box was fine outside, but the cap was broken and for me it seemed like maybe they dropped it while packing it and still sent it. The oil had leaked inside the box. I sent them the pictures of the broken bottle cap, but I should have saved the packaging/box as well, which I didn't, so they refused to pay me back. They offered me 5$ coupon for my next order, but I ain't ordering from them anymore. I should have googled them first. The broken cap was totally their fault, if it was broken during the delivery. They had wrapped it only in paper. But because the cap was thick plastic, it would make more sense that it was dropped cap on to the concrete floor or something like that, and still packed for delivery.
Seems a bit wierd. Well, not a bit, a lot.
