No issues at all. Order placed 14 December and delivered on 19 December, great turnaround especially for its Christmas. I’m glad I didn’t read the review before I placed an order because I wouldn’t have bothered but I’m glad I did. I would 100% order from here again.

I received clearly faulty cream
I received clearly faulty cream, the consistency is not right, I even contacted the manufacturer and they confirmed it. I’ve been told to contact the shop to get my refund. But the shop first ignored me for a week and then they send me an email that I can’t be refunded because I opened the cream. Disgusting. Already contacted my bank.

No issues, order placed on 10th December and received today (18th). I contacted customer services by way of email and received a prompt reply. I’m glad I wasn’t put off by the negative reviews and only read those after I had placed an order.

Total scammers. Avoid. You get Russian text after the order is made. No one picks up the phone, not even an automated call handling menu. No response to email sent 5min after to cancel the order. Luckily purchased with credit card and will initiate a Section 75 against them.

Can’t fault customer service
Was worried after I ordered and then read the reviews. Granted I didn’t receive a confirmation of my order, so I emailed customer service. Before seeing their response which had landed in my junk folder - I give them a call who answered first time and were extremely helpful who said my products had been dispatched.
My products arrived by Evri the day after.

Have tried contacting 3 times, still had no response, products not received and they are Christmas gifts for my sons! Just surprised to see so many negative feedbacks but mine was perfect. They always took my call and lovely Marine was always there to help. Please be very wary of this company they say its uk and it shows a london phone number but when you phone them you are re directed to where the company is based in Poland, they literally ignore every message you send to them, my perfume finally arrived today and thought it would never arrive and im hoping it is original and not a copy, their customer service is absolutely awful, Its quite interesting that when they get the odd good feedback the company responds but when bad feedback is given or someone asks for help they dont respond to them all Terrible way to treat their customers ☹️

I haven’t received my order after two weeks. Initial emails were good saying it would be delivered last Sunday but order never arrived and nothing further heard. I have emailed both email addresses and also called several times but no one answers. I have tried chasing the courier but it is all automated and despite stating they will respond within 24 hours, I have had no response for 4 days

This item was purchased as a Christmas gift before reading any reviews. After reading reviews I started to panic seeing ppl say they were scammers..They are very far from it ..The order arrived within a week and it also included 2 free samples. After checking this company, and reading the reviews left here I was uncertain about purchasing items, I'm Very Happy to say that last week I took a chance and ordered gifts for Christmas, on the 26th Nov, I had an email straight away confirming my purchase, another one when it was packed and sent to Evri, email from Evri saying they were waiting on it's arrival to them, then out for delivery, I now have it 30th Nov and all is great, 100% happy and will defo be ordering again!! :)

Good retailer
Never received email confirmation but the order itself arrived within 3 working days of ordering and everything was as ordered and as described. They sell some brands that can only be bought in Europe but not available in the Uk so will definitely use them again.
