Wrong item sent, no invoice, no admittance

Ordered a pack of foam rollers and got sent a different item. The price was similar thankfully. Contacted Makeup.uk who asked for photos and the barcode on the product which I duly sent. I also sent a screenshot of the foam rollers I ordered.
They insisted it was the right product that I received.
I told them it was likely a wrong product code on their website or it was dispatched wrongly but they refused to budge and said I had got what I had ordered.
There was no confirmation via email or an invoice sent.
This is a bad company to deal with.

Do not use this company please!!

Do not use this company please! It is the worst customer service ever experienced.
I ordered three items and one leaked in the box during delivery and they have been very awkward and did their best to make fun of the situation without even try to refund me. I mean who would pay full price for an empty bottle?? I sent them photos and videos of the issue and all they could do was to send the same phrase “send photos and videos of your issue”. It was clear since the first email that they would not provide any service. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!

BE CAREFUL they flip the situation in their favour!! These people are very shady and lying. My issue happened in a box during transportation and only one bottle was empty. These lovely understanding people said that my photos or my videos were not showing the problem. I explained many times to them what the problem was but clearly they don’t want to do anything about it and keep saying that my photos and videos didn’t show the problem. After explaining many times something that even a 5 year old understands clearly, I understood I had to use a different route: PLEASE DON’T USE THEM because in case of a problem their customer service is non-existent.
THEIR REPLY is another insult to me that I paid real money to them, and they never understood that no one would buy an empty bottle in a supermarket even if that happens accidentally.

Avoid this company. Appalling customer service

I ordered an item from this company. Because of dishonest actions by the courier Evri, the item was returned to Make Up UK 2 days after it was dispatched. Make Up UK were able to tell me straight away that the item was being returned as Evri had notified them. It took Make UP UK a further THREE weeks to refund my money, even though it had been confirmed by the courier that I had notified received the item and it was being returned by the courier. Make Up UK strung me along for three weeks by telling me they had to co duct an investigation and had to wait for it to conclude. The problem was between Make Up UK and Evri and had nothing to do with me, but my refund was delayed without a proper explanation to me. This is appalling customer service. It was my first order with them but I definitely will NOT be using them again. I’m convinced I would never have got my refund if I wasn’t regularly contacting them and not letting the matter lie. In the end, J told them I was making a Section 75 claim from my credit card provider. Low and behold, I then got my refund. Very shady practice on their part.

Dubious at first!

Recently ordered from makeup.uk and then read the reviews which made me very nervous! Alas, my items arrived on time as promised and I'm very pleased with my purchase! I couldn't find the deodorant I needed instore but Makeup.uk had it in stock at a competitive price! THANK YOU

All good, a legit site, not a scam

I ordered some of my favourite shower products by Tesori at an amazing price. The delivery took a week which is very good considering the package comes all the way from EU. Everything was packed neatly. I used this website in another country, it seems to be a big international chain, and they never disappoint! Highly recommend.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I ordered two items. One was packaged with the pump taped down so soaked the box and was completely empty on arrival. I immediately sent a photo asking for a refund or replacement and chased a number of times but they have still refused to replace the item and claiming I didn't email in time, despite the fact that I emailed on the day the items arrived. Both inefficient packaging and appalling customer service.

They refuse to refund me for an item I never received

I bought a perfume. Evri lost it and the people at Makeup don't want to give me MY money back. They know that Evri lost it but they don't care.
UPDATE: I received my perfume.... After 18 days and after I contacted Evri customer service and agent Claire took care of it. The seller said they open an investigation.

It works

I ordered the product, it arrived well packed. There is a large selection of products, including European manufacturers, and the only inconvenience is that I had to wait about a week. After payment and before receiving the parcel, I received several notifications by email about the order status. I am satisfied with everything, if I need something in the future, I will order here again.

Fake Perfume

I had been looking for a perfume that I used to use and love called Burberry Brit.
I found it on this site and it was delivered.
THIS IS A FAKE PERFUME that has been delivered. Yes it smells the same but the e sprayed loads on my arm and it is NOT holding.Even the packaging looks fake.
FAKE PRODUCT !!

I ordered three perfumes (perfumes that I have been unable to find anywhere else) and one body spray on the 7th of March, I received an email the same day to say the order was being processed. I recieved an email on the 12th to say Evri have the order then another email to say the order is out for delivery. Delivered on time.The order was well packaged and perfumes were all intact and cellophane wrapped. Really pleased with my order and will definitely order again. They have some great perfumes you can't get anywhere else. I also like that you only have to spend £20 for free delivery.

Noblesse Kiss Lashes

purchased noblesse kiss lashes just to be sent the wrong style of lash, and because i only noticed when opening it and trying it on: they refuse to refund me. I understand there are some concerns surrounding returns that have been opened but i have been sent the wrong pair of lash? just very disappointing experience, will not be buying from them again.

Do not order they have taken my money and I have not received my order I have given them plenty of chance to sort it out told them if they can't deliver to refund my money and they have not even bothered to answer me I am on a pension and can't afford to just let them get away with this terrible service well actually no service

Ordered 2 creams from this company in December sent 2 emails in January as still not received them said was out of stock I would receive them 7-12 days and would send at tracking number have now sent other emails and completed ignored now have to get in touch with credit card company for them to get me a refund as this company has taken my money won’t reply so beware of this fraud

Great costumer service

USPS lost my package with my son shampoo . I usually order about 7 of them, because this is the only anti dandruff shampoo that works for my son. The store works great with me and after I have the USPS letter , they said that they will reimburse my money.

Ordered on 10 Nov and parcel arrived 21 Nov 24. Exactly what I ordered and product was excellent (Calvin Klein Eternity products). Customer services response was both timely and clear when I was tracking parcel too. I’m just about to re-order.

Despite all the negative reviews, which fortunately I read after I had already placed my order, my experience was nothing but positive. I ordered the impress press-on nails and they arrived on time (within 4 days of ordering) and they look exactly as described. Thank you.

Terrible company

Only giving 1 star as it won't allow me to leave a review otherwise. I bought 2 eyeshadow palettes and only 1 arrived reached. I reached out via email and was asked to provide photos which I did. I am still waiting to hear back and that's been a month tried to get my money back with no success absolutely shocking company do not use.

Don't use this company

Don't use this company! I brought perfume from them and it never got delivered and they kept saying they would give me a refund but never did. I spent ages going back and forth via email and they made the process difficult. Using them is definitely not worth the discount!

I would happily place more orders from this company

I didn't read the reviews until after I had placed my order. If I had I would probably not have bought anything. However my experience has been a very positive one and I have no complaints whatsoever.
After ordering I received a an email with the order details and the probable delivery dates. My order arrived earlier than expected. It was well packaged and I'm so glad that the items I ordered were in stock. The company that makes them have discontinued them and the prices here in the UK are exorbitant.
My experience with Makeup.uk has been 5 star and I would happily buy from them again.
