I made an order on the 25.10.24 , according to their online shop,the delivery should have taken 2 to 3 business days.I get a notification on the 27 that my package would be delayed,but it will arrive on 4.11.24! This is already 3 days delay,but I was willing to put up with that.Now , today on the 4th I call the delivery company and they said to me that they not even received the package from Makeup! When I called this online shop,the lady said to me that there were some delays to Denmark,and maybe I will receive my package on 7th ,or 8th November! Maybe..no notification in advance,no explanation no apologies, just like take it and show it kind of attitude! Never again I will order from them ,and I will advise others to do the same! I heard already shady things of them but this has cemented my opinion! From all the online stores,Notino,Deloox ,Parfumdreams etc. , Makeup sits at the bottom!

I received my first order. I am ever so pleased. Everything came as described, very fast vía DAO, and the most competitive prices I found both online and in the shops. I will be buying there in the future.

Didn't receive my products,some time ago received expired eyeliners,mascara,this time received wrong perfume where they told it's my previous orders, totally disgusting, understood that I won't get my products and my money. People,be aware,pay a little bit more,but avoid this company if you don't want to regret later,I've didn't learned,now lost money and have nothing

Scammers,be aware,received wrong items and they blamed me that it was my previous order and no refund possible, so paid money and no product got. Absolutely scammers

Be careful, absolutely scammers,sending wrong items,pointing on ridiculous reasons why they can't solve it,also products are low quality dried eyeliners, not sealed with security stickers for a lipstick and many many other problems,be careful better pay 10€ more,but have what you have paid for

Sorry about doubting! I saw all those "scam" reviews and my anxieties flare up, but I was very wrong! My package arrived super fast in one week and everything it's in order!!! I got suggestions and wasn't fair to judge becouse of some other bad reviews. Everything was actually perfect and my package is already here in less than a week!!! It was too good to be true!!! I mean free shipping?? Ughh I feel so bad because i was very hesitate writting emails and it was actually everything perfect... 😭 please people don't do what I did trust the website couse they rock! I hace already here my Korean fancy shampoos and they look amazing! Fantastic I can't wait to try them!

It is a second time when I made order to makeup.dk. I live in Denmark, but sometimes I would like to buy some creams, serum made by Poland. I am very satisfied. Cosmetics are compliant with description. Very fast delivery. For sure I will be regular customer

Hi, I received my parcel today, it came really fast, fascinated, but two of the products were used, one of them has little left (Maybelline primer)) and the other one (lip pencil) is half used, and mascara was opened, in rest everything is fine

Thank you for the delivery. Everything is safe and sound. I give a slightly lower rating because... For unknown reasons, delivery did not arrive at my home as promised. I had to pick it up at the post office. Thank you.

Package never arrived. Purchased on the 29th of January (2-3 working days, it says 🙄)…today it’s the 7th of February and nothing has arrived yet.
According to the tracking number, the package is in Erritsø and it’s been there since January the 30th 🤷🏼‍♀️

Helt absurde krav vedrørende vare der gik i stykker ved første brug.

Jeg skrev en mail med ordrenummer 1702466373-0696 og et foto som tydeligt viser at dimsen er gået i tre stykker. Svaret var:

Please, send us photos of the received goods from all sides with the bar
code and signs you are unsatisfied with clearly seen. Also, please, send
photos of the delivery box with the label clearly seen.

If you want your case to be considered, in this regard, please, provide
us with all the required information within 14 days from the moment of
announcing the claim.

Det er jo helt til grin.
Jeg har selvfølgelig ikke boksen mere, og det ligner da mere et scam end et seriøst firma.
Så kan varen være nok så billig ...

I bought a parfume the 28th of december 2023, and it was expected to be delivered with Dao the 1st of january, and now its the 3 January and nothing is here and i haven’t been provided with a tracking number or anything ~ My order number is 1703675012-0696

I bought 3 perfumes. All great quality and price and will buy more in the future. Bought Sunday got the package Tuesday.

Nail lamp stopped curing the product after 3-4 weeks of normal use. Company avoids accepting the reclamation unless, attention please, they receive a recording of the whole process using the lamp, suggesting I cannot do my nails (all previous lamps worked perfectly fine..). Not to even mention that at first use lamp worked perfectly fine… AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

Quite fast delivery, but one star less for misinformation - no information on the website that the main warehouse is in PL, so prices are a bit too high. Other than that, good customer service too

I'm a polish woman leaving in Denmark and I missed website like this! Where I can order polish products in a reasonable price and free delivery from 179kr. I will definiately use it regurarly.

Do not order it’s a scam, parcel never arrived. They say they will refund and they don’t.
