Buyer beware

Buyer beware. It's not 10x10. I've been doing events for years now, but finally decided to upgrade to a branded canopy. As I already had a frame and 10x10 is a pretty standard size I just purchased a branded canopy from Make My Banners. When the canopy arrived, I was initially happy with it for the most part. There was a creme color on the inside of my logo what was omitted, but it still read fine on the white canopy. However, The canopy did not fit my standard 10x10 frame. So I measured. Frame is 118 inches, so just a hair under 10ft. The canopy should fit, no problem. except that it doesn't. Turns out the canopy only measures 117x117in, the 120in that would make it 10ftx10ft. I contacted the retailer and they said I could buy their frame. I asked for them to remake the canopy to 10x10 as advertised. They just insist I should buy their frame.
