They charge 45 USD for fast shipping and yet it took them 2 weeks to ship the item!
Also, customer support simply does not exists! They never answer to any question

Worst customer support I've ever seen. You will get banned from server asking politely questions regarding products. Product sold in way that you think you can swap out different products at any time, but once fitted your locked in to their eco system for ever.

The delivered product does not meet the promised features stated in the product description on the site (project stellar). The only support channel is the discord server of this company. If you confront the owner with the missing features, you will be banned and you will no longer be able to get support anywhere. Instead of doing something about customer complaints, they just ban you and they just continue doing what they do. This is by far the worst experience with a company in my life.
