Unfortunately we cannot call you by your name as you haven't provided your real name and this means a lot when you wish to leave a genuine review. We were sending an information request to you trying to find something about your experience with Major Linkers. We are always welcoming good or bad reviews, because based on these we can improve our services and offer our customers better experiences.
As long as you wish to hide your identity and not explain your experience with our company we don't bother too much with it. So that people can see that we take reviews seriously, we reply to it here.
As far as we are concerned you can be just one of our many competitors. We know we have many because our services are praised a lot by landlords and tenants alike and we are preferred over other estate agents.
Unless you wish to provide your real name and your experience with us, we would recommend leave the reviews to genuine people.

Heroin addicts and there friends, theft, water leaks, mould and mice.

I was was told many things that never resulted into anything but empty words the the landlord as well as the staff working there. I did not fond them very friendly when leaving only when we were signing up.

From the beginning we were lied to about what payment would need to be made. After a very frustrating time of 5 month finally moved out and am very happy to be out of the property. Heroin addict living down stairs and people smoking i the property it was very sketchy. With the heroin addict comes all of his friends who were in and out all day long.
This company will take who ever will pay rent no matter the character.

The flat was built brand new but over the time living there mould started growing in the corner and well as the mice running around in the attic and water dripping down the walls.

This place was build very cheaply and when you live here you understand what I am talking about.

I would not recommend the agency.

Also, we find it a little curios your review as it came after you were shown your charges for the poor condition of the flat after you moved out, or for extra days for which you had to pay rent, or for the money you have charged to do a repair which you never did. Nobody charged extra money from you, nobody took any advantage. We wish you all the best with your next rental.

Major linkers has been looking after my rental property last few years.
Excellent service
Rent always on time
Annually property inspection
Also very cooperative with remortgage process.
Soon I will handover my other property to major linkers.
