I've been locked out since Monday today…

I've been locked out since Monday today is Thursday I need to buy food, fill my car up with gas and I have rent coming up in two days and I havent been told when I'll have access to my money. If I don't pay rent on time I will have to pay a late fee I'm tired of asking my friends and family for money cause I can't access mine this is ridiculous. When will I have access to my money?
UPDATE
They now don't pick up the phone when I call. You stole $1108 and you will not get away with this I have reported you to the BBB and iv contacted a lawyer and the police. What you are doing is illegal and unethical you take advantage of people that are just trying to have a better life and trust me I'm not one who's hard earned money can be stolen and forgotten.

They make it really hard to cancel

They make it really hard to cancel and I believe it's to an illegal extent. I kept messaging the customer service chat, and it was impossible to resolve the issue there. They would ask "why don’t you pause instead of cancel?" I said no, cancel. Then they said I didn’t respond and then closed the chat and I had to start over. The customer service line took a while to get through to - If you say you are trying to cancel in the menu they will just tell you to go back to the chat - So I had to say a different menu option to get them to talk to me. Once I got on the phone it was simple and the rep was rude saying "well all you had to do was call." Not true obviously. There should be an easy option to cancel. The banking did not meet my needs and I did not want to be charged $6 in a month.
