I didnot like the people who stated over and over they had been scam, but none of them reported the suspected scam to the FBI. Scamming is a federal crime over the internet.
DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
After a year of trying to work with Majestic Ghostwriting I am convinced they are a total scam company and question if a true company even exists. Complaints about the lack of service and empty promises were met with an endless game of passing me from person to person. I paid over $5000. and none of the services promised were ever delivered. I have asked for a refund due to their 100% satisfaction guarantee. That too has been ignored.
I like others, feel embarrassed that I fell for such obvious “sales tactics” and promises they never intended to fulfill.
The person I dealt with that was the most deceitful was Blake Sanders. He is an absolute master at lying, gaslighting and convincing me of his sincerity.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!
Beware! I paid $4,000 for what was described as the “top” option. The quality of the writing was poor, and I found myself rewriting everything. I raised this concern, and my “customer success” person quickly got on a call to explain that I hadn’t paid for a top writer, but that they could offer one at cost for $5,000 more. Feeling committed, I stupidly agreed.
At first, the writing was much better, so I was satisfied. They then tried to sell me additional services (marketing, website design, etc.), but I declined. After the first five chapters, my project manager abruptly “went on a sabbatical,” and I was reassigned to the original PM who had initially supported me. I raised a concern again and was quickly reassigned to yet another PM, who reached out to chat. After talking with him, it felt like I was starting over, so I contacted the supposed customer success team multiple times with no response.
I asked the writer about this, and he didn’t even know who I was referring to. After a few more emails, I’ve given up and disputed the charges. I’m really disappointed with them and with myself for falling for the BS and paying more.
Do not use this company - fully a scam. Abandoned a project that was very near completion. Explained that I needed to pre-pay again for the second project so "they could market them together." Big whopping stories about interviews, connections to Netflix, best seller status.... I researched their best-selling tactic too late. They use bots to increase social media presence and have since been ousted by TrustPilot. Essentially, they take your money then disappear. Your only course of action is to sue - ideally, this becomes a class action lawsuit and they're shut down. Shameful!
Failed to refund. The company failed to provide the refund in total as per the 100% money back guarantee. Such a joke. They did do the work on a couple books, but progress slowed and the initial honeymoon period quickly ended. Spent dollars on marketing and not even a full refund for broken promises. Lots of stress dealing with them and their communication slowed to a trickle. I am currently exploring my legal options. So sad that these people take and do not give back as promised. So many lost opportunities. Did I get one book published? Yes, but not near the standard I was promised, and I am still waiting on some updated artwork for the interior I was promised, but never received. No doubt they will post a reply about how hard they have tried to work with me to resolve the situation but that would be laughable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Buyer beware.
