Ross came when he said he would and finished when he said. He did a brilliant job of cleaning all the carpets in my apartment and the upholstery. Everything was left spotless and all the furniture back in position. It all dried quickly too. I would highly recommend him if you want an excellent job done with no hassle.
I inherited a beautiful Persian carpet from my grandfather and was worried about how to clean it and repair it. It may not be worth a lot but to me it's priceless. Majestic carpet team calmed my fears and told me exactly what I needed to do so that I can use it and maybe pass it on to my own kids. Majestic carpets did a great job getting our large rugs looking as good as new. Some very stubborn stains had totally disappeared. The guys who delivered the rugs back to us were so helpful.
