I ordered my bag 2 weeks ago paid for expedited shipping and am still waiting
They just said it is on the way

They have now change their name to FLORRENESand I have been putting a message on every ad I see telling people they are a scam. They keep taking them down. I ordered a bag and still haven’t received it. Do not buy from this company.

SCAM!!! BEWARE!! I waited for 2 weeks to receive a small very cheap looking bag!!! Unbelievable!! £31 pounds for a piece of crap! Shop app and IG or any social media platform should not allow them to advertise and sell, they are fooling people.

I wanted to post pictures of the bag they sent but there are no options for that. If I could rate this less then 1 star I would!

after i ordered i found out they stole pix from Velantra. I recieved a tiny fake leather bag that had no bearing with the photographs. i wouldn’t give it to a homeless person. they only offered 15 percent refund. total scam website and call your bank to file a claim. i wish i could post pix

This is a scam. I wish I read other reviews before purchasing. Don’t fall for the instagram advertising. Instagram needs to also take responsibility for allowing fake websites to advertise on their platform. Stay safe .

Total scam. I received a very small bag not the size I ordered. Customer service doesn’t exist. No return system. Just wanted to find out how to stop them advertising on Instagram.

Absolute con artists ordered a bag, they send the wrong bag (a small one instead of the tote which I ordered) emailed them several times for a refund but no response, luckily I got my money back from my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

False advertising!! Did not receive what they advertise. Was asked to send photos of purse I received. I sent photos of what they advertise compared to what I received. I then was offered a 15% refund which I told them was very insulting at which point I was told they would increase it to a 20% refund. I asked for a full refund and crickets.... I have not received any refund as of today. Their customer service phone number goes straight to voicemail. Don't be fooled by this company. Bunch of crooks for sure that advertise on all social media platforms. I am sure there are others that got duped as well - total scam!

Complete SCAM. Same experience as others here. Received cheap incorrect item and only offered 15% refund. Refused to send correct bag or refund fully.

😠 Customer Service Nightmare - SCAM ALERT!
It is a SCAM. After 3 weeks of waiting for the MAITE SOHO TOTE BAG, I received an incorrect product.
The customer service phone number only leads to a voicemail, and nobody returns calls.
The emails sent to the help service have resulted in the same series of automated responses after each inquiry, none of which addressed my actual questions or requests:
1. An apology and a request for photos of the incorrect product received.
2. An offer of 15% compensation for the error.
3. Another apology and a request for photos.
4. An offer of 20% compensation for the error.
At no point have they provided a return shipping label/sticker or any information about when they will send the correct product.
Very disappointed! Don't fall for this SCAM!!!

Poor experience from start to finish!
5-8 days delivery is a lie. It was more than 2 weeks before the order was dispatched with almost a week for the company to respond to my email asking for an update on this.
Then when my order eventually arrived I was sent the wrong item entirely - a completely different size and style of bag. I emailed to complain and was offered only a 15% refund and no other rectification despite providing pictures as proof of the wrong item I received! Extremely disappointed by the service, the customer care and poor accuracy of the whole process. Please avoid.
