Tremendous Patagonia
This trip to Patagonia was one of the best ever. Well organised by Les Maisons du Voyage. This trip was worth every penny, the experience on the vessel just great ... wat a service. We've seen things we would never see anywhere else I think ... hear the crack of the glaciers is really special. And even if we did not always see the sun, the colours and the landscapes were absolutely beautiful, no words. We also had the chance to be a great group of travellers, a real family spirit ... unforgettable journey. Great excursions, great places for the inclusive meals, great guides ... really, if you have the opportunity, do this trip !

A great holiday in a "difficult" country as Cuba is once you leave the beaches and the all inclusive hotels.
A great support in defining the itinerary and the times schedules. A local correspondent very attentive to the customer's needs.

Good travel plan but very average hotels
I spent nine days recently in Andalucia with Maisons Du voyage, the trip was well organised in general with very good travel bookings including transfer to and from hotels and train stations. But the choice of Hotels was very average and didn’t reflect the high price that I paid Which was about €4500. The hotels were all three star except one night was four star: but all of them were very ordinary standard rooms, none of them had superior rooms. It is disappointing that for the sake of saving a couple of hundred €€ it put a damper on our experience.
In one hotel we paid an extra €25 to get a superior room with a good view.
In hindsight I should’ve negotiated the hotel standards and quality before finalising the booking.

Regarding the hotels, as you discussed with your travel advisor, we did our best to adapt along the way while staying in contact with you and our local partners. Due to a mix-up with our local supplier, the originally planned hotel was replaced with another 3-star property, and we acted immediately to resolve the situation upon your arrival in Seville. We fully understand your disappointment, and your comments are invaluable in helping us improve our services in the future.

Amazing trip in New Caledonia. Everything has been organised perfectly by our agent Mickael and his knowledge of the country and advices were precious.
The service before, between and after the trip is the same: great. Mickael was very quick, reactive and professional throughout the months we had to organise the trip.

Globally, the programme/circuit suits our expectations.
The guide in Cairo was very friendly and professional.
We opted for the Hotel Steigenberger Pyramids in Giza. The food was delicious, the common spaces were comfortable but we cannot say the same about the rooms (lack of cleanliness, old-fashioned fourniture), but better than those of the Hotel Cairo Pyramids suggested by the tour operator.
The Nile cruise was very pleasant, the boat Kahila is cosy (cabin, food, bar, sun-deck).
