We're are sorry to hear your disappointment.
Our usual delays are 3 to 5 working days for production and 3 to 5 working days for delivery in Europe. Which results to approximately up to 2 weeks.
Those delays might vary depending on the period of the year or transport companies, we do our best to make is as quick as possible but we offer items which are printed on demand and those do take a bit of time to offer quality products.
