Maisonette knows what's important!

I bought and sent a gift to my daughter, but my Billing address kept moving to my daughter's address where the gift was being shipped. I was worried it would not accept the order, and I wrote a quick note to Maisonette. In about 15 minutes they replied and told me it would be taken care of immediately and it would be delivered with no problems. I was so surprised and grateful to have this resolved so quickly. I've never had a faster response from any online sale problem!

I purchased a dress for my grandaughter…

I purchased a dress for my grandaughter using the sizing chart. Whe it was received it was too small. I then purchased the next size up and attempted a return. They said it was on "Final Sale" and they do not issue returns on Final Sale items. The problem is that it does not say final sale on their web site, it is only in the confirmation email (down at the bottom where you may not see it is a message preview) that it says Final Sale, but this after I purchased. Very Sketchy. Am now working with Credit card company to rectify

Courteous Customer Care!

Customer Care was excellent, prompt, polite, and went over and beyond by reaching out to the vendor when they didn't know the answer to a question. I truly appreciate it when someone is not only friendly, but also informative, transparent and diligent.

Customer Service was GREAT!

My Customer Concierge Von was absolutely wonderful! I had placed an order and missed a mistake I made on the order when I reviewed it before submitting. Von was so patient and helpful to assist in getting the mistake taken care of on my order.

I found the customer service lacking

I found the customer service lacking. Ordered a dress - it went on sale not even 24 hours later and they would do nothing. Anyone else would give you a coupon or something. And the dress ran very small - not noted - so I asked to exchange the size and they would not do anything since it was final sale. But they did not indicate the sizing issue on the website.
I would not use this site again. It's telling they don't even have a phone number. Buyer beware. Although reviews were good for me customer service is key- on a dress for more than $100!

Unfair Fees & Poor Customer Service

I had a terrible experience with Maisonette’s customer service. USPS lost my package, and despite reaching out when the tracking hadn’t updated for five days, they still charged me a $9.95 restocking fee to return the item. It makes no sense to penalize customers for something completely out of their control. This is unacceptable service, and I won’t be shopping here again. Beware of their return policies especially since they mostly sell childrens clothing!

Additionally they only have email customer support.

Great Finds and Exceptional Customer Service

I love the variety and the quality of the clothes and toys on Maisonette. They carry under their broad umbrella some of the most iconic children fashion European brands. I am personally a big fan of Jacadi. There was a hiccup with one of my orders and they resolved it in no time. I contacted them on a Sunday after hours and still managed to get a detailed answer and a plan of action from their concierge minutes later. The quality of the customer service is impressive. I highly recommend Maisonette.com

Dishonest Return Practices

I have ordered from Maisonette for years. I was recently incredibly disappointed in them for their dishonest return practices. I ordered a dress for my daughter in 2 sizes because I wasn’t sure which would fit. Before ordering I confirmed the items were returnable. When I requested a return label Maisonette’s customer service told me the item was Final Sale, despite this not appearing anywhere in the item description, my cart, my email confirmation, or elsewhere. The returns portal even said “this item is returnable until March 5.” When I pushed back on Customer Service the best they were willing to do was offer me a 20% discount on the dress (a $200 item). I am so disappointed in Maisonette. I won’t be ordering from them anymore.
