I ordered a leather rucksack on 5th February 2020 and have still not received it and haven't had a response from them since June when they blamed the delay on Covid-19. I am beginning to worry now after reading these reviews that I will never receive it and lose my money. Thoroughly disappointed, do not buy anything from them!

Complete scam

It’s just a scam. They advertise leather backpacks and send you plastic crap that you’d never use & isn’t worth a quid. They ignore complaints and attempts to return. Money lost. At least it’s made me check out unfamiliar sites much more thoroughly

Incredibly dishonest company
I have purchased a bag from them in June and never received an email with a confirmation of email, so I emailed in July to see if it has been dispatched. I have received an email back saying that it had been dispatched late due to stock issues. I have waited another month before contacting them again as the order still hasn’t arrived. I have never heard back from them again. I have tried emailed 3 or 4 more times as well as contacting them through their contact page on their website. I have never received a reply nor a refund for the bag that I have never received.

Awful company

As with many of the reviews on here I ordered a handbag from this company in February. I gave them some leeway due to the pandemic but after 2 months emailed and was told the bag had been dispatched but there was a delay and it would arrive. Emailed then a handful more times and I was told to refer to their original reply. 7 months later and still no bag. Have repeatedly asked for a refund and they are now ignoring me emails.
Shocking company.
Avoid like the plague!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Unfortunately I couldn't agree with all the other comments more. I ordered a rucksack at the start of May and still have not received the payed for item. I have spoken to customer services multiple times and they have told me the item has been dispatched and I just need to wait longer. Unfortunately I hadn't read the small print and didn't realise refunds and returns aren't available on sale items, which is every item Maison de sacs sell!! Now the customer service team are not replying to any of my emails and there is nothing you can do!!! Do not pay for an item that won't ever be sent like I did! Avoid!!!

I ordered 2 leather rucksacks from this company in March, the world went into lockdown and I still have not received my paid for goods. I have been promised and promised by customer services that they have been sent, they will check my order, they will re-despatch but nothing. Now I am not even getting answers. Unprofessional, unhelpful and liars. I want my money back and I cant get it what type of company are they???

Poor Traders

Mason de sacs sent an item different to what I had ordered. Once I had contacted them about their mistake they were quick to reply asking me to send them a picture of the item I had received along with a picture of the packaging containing my address. Once I had sent what they had requested, all of my emails from then on were ignored leaving me with an item that I'd paid for but not ordered.

Ordered a Gucci phone case for £21, it came as was totally fake, emailed and the are just running me around and now wont give me a refund, they are selling cheap Chinese fakes as selling fakes!!

Ordered a Gucci design phone case/cover for $25+, never received it & no one will return my repeated emails of inquiry. Weeks ago I clicked on my order info (in my original order confirmation email) & it says it is, “processing,” but that was weeks ago now. Checked it again yesterday & their website link seems to have disappeared. No other contact info was given on their site. They are total scammers & losers! Avoid this site & stick to sites you know & trust! (Etsy, Amazon, etc.—you can find similar items & have a much more solid chance of getting them)!

FRAUDSTERS!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I purchased an expensive bag for my wife (off the kids for Mother's Day and they never sent the item. The replied to my initial response asking where it was and they said that due to Covid there was a delay and as an apology, they gave me 30% of a second order, and the item would be delivered in due course. At the time, I thought that it was a fair response and decided to treat my wife to an additional bag, using the 30% off. I paid for a second bag and 6 months later, after many emails and "automated responses" from a lady named Mary, I have still not received my bags, nor my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS AND STEALING YOUR MONEY.

I stressed about how much I didn’t want to have to do this.

I am absolutely appalled and disgraced by your website and customer service, I have placed my order now since around the first week of June, and we are now two months ahead of that time; as it is the last week of August. I was liaising with your colleague Mary, and I have been sending her numerous amounts of emails, I now feel as though she is deleting them and not responding on purpose. I believe your email response time is a few days and not a few weeks!!! I don’t understand what kind of customer service this is, what kind of online store you are.. the cases I had ordered I no longer REQUIRE now, because that phone is completely smashed and damaged, due to the fact of constant dropping on the ground, as you can imagine. I’ve now had to purchase a new phone, which is ‘iPhone 11 pro Max’ This has been a major inconvenience because what Mary and your website have advised is that really I should’ve received my items by NOW. All of your cases are on sale, I have read your terms and conditions and I still demand a refund. If nothing constructive comes from this, most definitely i will be making an Retail merchandising complaint.

Please note: I have sooo many screenshots of their website regarding their procedures and policy’s etc that you have greatly failed.
