I ordered a dress for my hen party and the image looked so good online in the advert (this is clearly how they make money to scam people). When it arrived the quality was Terrible!!! Considering I paid £70 for this dress, I felt like it was a scam as the material was so cheap and the tassels were falling off the bottom on the dress, the straps were made of cheap elastic from a craft store. Not want you expect when you are paying £70. The discount on the dress was too good to be true and I truly regret placing this order as it feels my money was stolen. To add, the dress had zero branding (surprising if they call themself a ‘luxury brand’, no tags at all on a brand new expensive dress, and it arrived in a cheap postage bag, again with zero branding, I had to question the legitimacy of this product but was ignored by the company about this. I complained via emails but kept getting the same response that I could only have a 10% refund and it would cost me a lot of money to send the dress back to China and I would be waiting 2 months for some of the refund . I was ripped off and feel like I have been scammed - extremely disappointed- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP

I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I could give none I would. Dress is extremely poor quality. I have asked for a return address, they are refusing, obviously don’t want to refund. This is a scam site. My only hope is my bank can claim my money back. DO NOT GIVE THIS SITE YOUR TIME.

I received an email on Monday saying a delivery has been set up. But the link I have received doesn’t work as the server cant be found. Now seeing these reviews I’m worried my dress wont arrive on time as I have no idea where it is or where it’s been, nor will it look the way it should or will I have any luck receiving a refund from the team if I’m not happy with my order.

Do not buy from this business they are drop shipping from temu! I found the exact dress there for like £15 and they are trying to charge like £120! The quality of the item is awful- the dress i received would not fit someone half the size. It is either faulty or they are falsely advertising. Their customer service is awful! Avoid at all costs!

I would never normally write a review but on this occasion I feel I have to.
I ordered 2 dresses from this site for a wedding I was attending on Saturday. They took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and upon receiving the items am extremely disappointed with the quality and the colour is completely different to what I saw on the site. I haven’t even tried them as I know I do not want to keep them.
When I emailed to return, it was suggested that I get a 10% refund and keep the items as it was going to cost me shipping fees back to china as well as customs charges and they said they may not even recieve them. I have spent over £100 on these items and feel robbed. Really disappointed with the company and won’t be using ever again.

I am very happy about the jacket I bought! Shipping was within an acceptable time range. The product was packaged properly and the overall quality is very good. Before I ordered I had a question about the sizing. The customer service responded quickly.

I ordered the Brielle dress around mid-April for a wedding I attended last weekend, and I’m genuinely so happy with it. The fit was super flattering and the material felt soft and high quality — even better than I expected. I did worry a little about whether it would arrive on time, but it came just in time for the event. I got quite a few compliments and felt really confident wearing it. Definitely considering ordering again soon!

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES waste your money buying from this rip off company. Dress was too big, extremely cheap material (I paid £52 for this awful dress). In requesting a return I was told I had to send to China and was not guaranteed a refund as it may not arrive and they would not be held responsible.
I have been offered a pathetic 15% refund (£7.80) for a £52 dress. It’s an insult, oh and I can keep the dress (which doesn’t fit). Gutted is an understatement as this was not cheap. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND IF YOU DONT MIND THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!

Took ages to arrive, but this wasn’t the issue. Dress arrived - too big on the top and too small on the bottom. I decided I’d just send it back. I sent the email and my reply was I could have a replacement or an exchange. The emails were back and forth. Offering a 10% refund and to keep the dress (I really don’t want) I demanded a refund and again and now they say I can have a refund but would probably take 1-2 months, pay £20 for customs and additional costs. What’s the point?!?! I paid £64 for a dress I can’t wear.
Very angry and disappointed with this experience. Will never order again!!!

Took too long to arrive and when queried with customer service of how long it’ll take, I was ignored. Received a message once it had eventually arrived. Poor quality and over priced- one dress faulty. Never again!

I was so disappointed to receive the wrong size I cannot claim the satisfaction of more than that 3 stars. They have,however offered a full refund. But to save me undertaking return I have decided to give the sandals as a gift to my step mum
