I purchased the MAIRDI® M200V Bone…
I purchased the MAIRDI® M200V Bone Conduction Headphones with Noise Cancelling Mic from mairdi.com on December 9, 2025. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
From the start, the product failed to meet basic expectations. The battery life is less than three hours, which makes it impractical for a normal workday, and there is no microphone mute capability, a critical feature for professional use. Because of these issues, the headset was not a viable option for my daily work.
On January 14, 2026, I emailed support-at-mairdi.com requesting a return and refund. I received no response. On January 15, I followed up to report an additional issue: the unit would no longer charge at all. Again, no response.
On January 16, I followed MAIRDI’s own website instructions to formally request a return. To date, I have received no reply and no return authorization.
Because MAIRDI would not respond, I opened a dispute with Citi, the credit card used for the purchase, on January 19. Citi contacted MAIRDI on January 21, but MAIRDI did not respond to Citi until March 3, and at no point did MAIRDI attempt to contact me directly.
On March 22, Citi ruled against my dispute, stating that the charge would stand because “the merchandise is still in your possession.” This is an unreasonable outcome, as it has been impossible to return the product without any response or return instructions from MAIRDI.
I am now stuck with a defective product that the company refuses to accept back or even acknowledge. I strongly recommend staying far away from MAIRDI based on this experience. I would also encourage consumers to consider using a credit card provider or bank that is more willing to apply common sense in situations like this.
This is the first product I have attempted to return in years outside of Amazon, which handles defective products far more responsibly. Unfortunately, MAIRDI does not.
