Some time in September 2025, I simply stopped receiving them.
Investigated the paid tier but the pricing is ridiculously high for an individual.
Mailsuite (Mailtrack) used to be great and predictable. When you send an email, you can count on it being tracked. Now, before sending emails, I check to ensure Mailsuite is checked on. Even this does not guarantee the email will be tracked as evidenced by the many double grey check marks in my sent folder. Each time I email them, it's the same old thing: delete the cookies, do this, and do that. I don't have time to play tech support for this program continuously. I am looking to replace it at this point.
